Willem Prinsloo Museum reviews
8What n nice surprise loved the museum and the old house. Peacefull every one should visit nice picnic site
Old world experience with lots to see and learn about 1900s. Lots of old transport and farm equipment.
Saturday morning: Gate guard under the influence of alcohol. Everything locked up. Nobody at office. Restaurant closed. Premises in state of neglect. This is a farming museum. Why is there a ndebele homestead? Pathetic!
Love this place R30 entry for adults. Gives you access to the museum and space to braai for the day. A must visit.
Go and support museums in SA they need our support I love this place nice for picnics, braai and all good fun walk around the museum to see how the farmers used to do things
Relaxed and quiet open spaces. Well kept and informative museum. Affordable entrance fees. Quaint restaurant. Friendly staff. Cattle, peacocks, donkeys, sheep and ducks walk freely around the open grounds. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
Willem Museum is between Pretoria and Bronkhorstspruit. It is a historical farm which even today is still a working farm. It is a great place to take the kids to educate them on the history of farming. There is a large collection of means of transport as well as historical farming equipment. There are daily demonstrations on various skills that are disappearing from our society. There is a picnic and braai area. It is well work the time.
