Excellent service, though see to be too much theft targeted at Bakkies/ SUV, my spare tyre was stolen last time I went to this Wimpy, one of the waitress confirmed that is a constant problem.

Delivers the standard wimpy dishes but staff is slow and unmotivated and lacks any return value

Bad customer service. Very impatient staff. Used to have good service. Disappointed, didn't even order.

I had a great stay, a day well spent and was very user-friendly for me to able to do my work as well

One of the best Wimpy in Midrand. Not too busy and it is a perfect spot to have a meal with the whole family. Play area was neat and tidy. Staff are very friendly.

I ordered a toasted chicken and mayo and the sandwich tasted like it was off. The Mayo was salty and tasted old. I couldn’t finish the sandwich and it ended up giving me stomach aches. I’m so disappointed as I’ve had toasted chicken and mayo at many Wimpy’s before.

I paid for and bought a quick bite.the responsiveness was poor! The Caramelized onion burger of R25,00 that I bought, I left it as I waited and the receiving point for almost 15minutes, “no burger”. I left and advised that the food be given to a needy person if it indeed arrives

The place is nice though I went there during their renovations. Customer service is awesome. Only chips tasted funny.

Every Wimpy is amazing especially their Chai Latte. Though their waitresses need a bit of work.

It's nice place to b. There is free WiFi that allows you to enjoy yo internet without using yo data

Most of the Wimpy's we visit these days aren't what it used to be. The food is less than average and tastes fake. This time the fried egg machine was broken so I had to order scrambled, the frank was okay but nothing special. I don't think I'm a Wimpy fan anymore, too much competition out there, and the truth is people will pay for quality which Wimpy doesn't have anymore.

The worst place ever to order food from. After waiting an hour for Uber Eats to deliver, the driver arrived and they cancelled my order. To enquire as to the reason, I called them. NO ANSWER, AFTER 20 attempts decided to not bother.
I then ordered again from another Wimpy and the same Uber driver delivered my food. When I asked him why that first one cancelled my order, he told me that they informed him they are not generating any business today so will be closing for the day! HOW ABOUT UPDATING ONLINE THAT U ARE CLOSED? Instead of having a customer wait an hour and then cancell as the driver arrive to collect?

I came to this place for a mid morning meeting. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake. The milkshake was not smooth. There were lumps of peanut butter floating around the milk. The beverage was badly put together.
My colleagues ordered burgers. They did not enjoy their meals. The hamburger rolls were stale. The beef patties were hard and had a sour taste. They did not finish their meals. We had a productive meeting but the meals were bad. I'm not sure if we will be going back there. I will not recommend this place to my family and friends

Great food. But the one waitress was shouting at customers. Mature lady, I don't think she should be waiting on people. Maybe have her at the cashier desk.

This Wimpy store has great food and good service - maybe because it is situated opposite their head office:) Service is quick, theh place is neat. Food is consistently good. Enough parking outside and they have a drive through facility. My only issue is that it would be so much better if they had longer trading hours, but I guess they don't because they are not located in a shopping center or mall, but on it's own next to the Sasol station instead.

Great breakfast, which is served speedily by friendly staff.great for Kids as well! Oh and there is a Carwash next to it by the Sasol Garage!

Service was the best but the meal was so bad, I ordered a cheese burger with chips, the chips were dry and oily, the bun wasn't fresh and the patty was just something else, honestly wouldn't go there again

A regular sized milkshake and regular sized soft drink are not the same size? But the price for this espresso sized milkshake is R40 and the larger sized cool drinks are R20? Inside Wimpy you order the same drinks and they come in the SAME sized glasses. My issue is, that it's quite a shock to realise that "regular" size is not measured in a quantity unit of measurement but instead weight? Because that can be the only logical reasoning behind the physical size itself. At least a heads up would have been lovely. But dont spit on my face and call it rain.
