Happines was an excellent waiter. Her friendlyness and smile just brighten your day. Burger was super.

I've had the best lunch ever served by the lady called edna. You must be really proud to have such amazing helpful employees like her. Thanks for owesome customer service definitely coming back soon

Promise is such a nice person with a bubbly and friendly personality. She had such a welcoming smile. Our food was brought in time. The service all in all was absolutely incredible. We'll be sure to come back again.

Candy was very helpful and friendly. I have an issue using the app though. I wanted another coffee after my meal but I was told I'll have to use the app again and pay again. I decided not to take the coffee because I'm not willing to go through that effort just for a coffee and then I have to pay bank fees on top of the price again.
I will rather go to M&B where I can pay once after I have eaten and drank whatever I want.

The service from the waitress was really bad, no smile whatsoever she was just cold and you can see she was bored to even serve us, ordered medium chips, she brought mega ones when I asked her about it she said the medium are too small, we didn't even eat a quarter of those fries coz the bits and bites platter was enough for 2. My husband asked for another beer she brought the bill. I asked to take the food away since we didn't eat all of it she brought me take away containers told me to pack my food for myself while she can see I was holding the baby. Thembelihle, she only smiled when she received a tip as my husband insisted we tip her because we can't let bad make us bad people that's his mojo

My chips were looking like they were re heated but Iet it go, the cooks have long shifts and couldn't be petty over chips. We are human.

I bought a burger for takeaway from a friendly waitress named Candy. She was efficient, friendly and neat.

The experience was satisfactory, excellent service by Candy. The downside is the Wimpy app which didn't have executive breakfast and mega milo. Please make sure that the app has all Wimpy meals and is constantly updated.

We come from EC in PE. We were attending Miss Universe Finalist here in JOBURG. We had visited Wimpy at Lakeside Mall. The service was amazing and the respect and welcome we got from Candy our waitress was impeccable.

We enjoy this Wimpy even though we only visit about once per year. Our waitress, Candy, was very polite, kind and helpful. Food was very nice.

Struggled to get served after 55 minutes. Then couldn't round a waiter up for drinks after our meal. Customer opposite us had to repeat his order 3 times.

Walked in told to seat myself few seconds menues placed on table no introduction no greeting she left as soon as she arrived. I watched a man order and finish his desert, watched a lady walk in with her kid order her meal and get it. All before I even knew who my server even was. Manager called. Grievance given. I walked out. Didn't want their food cause servers tend to get petty with food when you complain. Not going back. Standard has fallen.
