I must say for a breakfast specialist restaurant the food is really bad in the Woodmead branch. Toast is not toasted properly. Hash browns are not crispy, the sausages are not fried properly. The kiddies Russian is absolutely horrible. I would not recommend

This is one of the best Wimpy's I've ever been to. The venue was clean, the staff was welcoming and extremely friendly, the service was super fast, the burger was fresh, tasty and well prepared with a good portion of chips. Well done Wimpy Woodemead - it was a great experience!

Great experience, ate there twice in 3 days and both meals were spot on, the waiters were friendly and super efficient and made my family feel very welcome.

Dirty chairs, tables and floors. Manager Vusi refused to serve us during loadshedding whilst we saw others' meals being served - waiter explained they do have a hot plate that works during loadshedding. Very disappointing that Wimpys quality of service is declining like this.

The food was really good but the overall service was not up to scratch. Food was served at different temperatures and the milkshake consistency keeps changing.

Most of the staff are friendly, and provide fantastic service.

Pity some of the managers, and a number of the kitchen staff too; continually display such arrogance and animosity; like they're doing you a favour serving you.

It's the only reason; I seldom eat there.

No surprise one gets no response from the owner in this regard.

Not sure what they have done to the famous Wimpy Coffee but it tasted like diluted dishwater No improvement on sending it back, the replacement was even worse

Service was remarkable I'm so sad I forgot the name of the young gentleman that served us. Really treated me and my friend like VIP's and our food was so enjoyable‍️

Busani immensely contributed to the 5 star rating, I usually write a lengthy review when I complain but this one is worth every letter on this paragraph.

At the door I was warmly welcomed by Busani which is something seldom nowadays, he further assisted me and told me about the special for the day, he helped with my choice of the dish, my order was on time, everything was just perfect.

We started chatting about different things in life and he shared his views, he didn't get carried away by our conversation which I find interesting because the food came in time which is something most waitors struggle to balance.

Please allow to say it is important to train Waitrons to be natural.

Perfect restaurant, but you have to queue if you want to use the toilet because it's a staff toilet.

I was there around 4pm with my partner, we just wanted a place to sit in and have a quiet time, this turned out to be a mistake, the waitresses were making noise, some took calls behind us, this was not comfortable given how people can take pictures or videos without your consent, despite my partner talking to them n asking that they tone down and go somewhere to receive private calls, the behaviour continued, we asking for the bill, and to our surprise the lady demanded a tip! How outrageous was that!

My usual breakfast spot for a classic old skool lamb breakfast.although recently the pieces of bacon have gotten smaller.
