Went in on Wednesday the 13th, my son broke his arm, we took X-rays, while printing load shedding hits, cool no problem Dr Erika Cuyler put a cast over my son’s arm to protect, he cannot make a decision because they cannot access the X-ray. I was told to call in the following week after Easter holidays. I’ve been calling since Tuesday and all I am told is the Dr will call me back, till today we do not know if my son has a fractured bone so he can go into hospital. The lady on the phone is rude from hell, I recommend no one goes there. Now I have to go and see another Dr because this place has no sense of urgency.

Sitting and waiting way past your appointment. Be late by 3 min, and they will not make an effort to help! Rude over the telephone!

I want to give a shout out to Dr Sonja van der Linde, what an amazing and caring doctor. I was very sick recently and through whole process of her getting me better, she was constantly following up and making sure I am OK and had the medication I needed to getting me better. Never has a doctor so much care in, in getting me better.
