Service is amazing and the guards by the entrance are the most welcoming. Clean, neat and easy to find what you need.

Bug enough for your daily needs. Fruit and verges always fresh. Juice and fizzy drinks always on special prices

To the Blu Valley Management: it is an ongoing problem trying to get disable parking at your centre. All too often that I come there, either outside Woolworths or Pick n Pay, the parking is taken up by a vehicle with no disable badge (GPAPD) in the windscreen or by a delivery truck. This really is an ongoing frustration, please find a way to sort this issue, it's becoming soul destroying.

This Woolies does not cater for the disabled or injured. I went there with a crutch and everyone could see that I was struggling. The staff was busy chatting and I had to wait about 15minutes to be served. Very bad service. I wont be coming back.

Regret going. The manager Thatiso doesn't know how to treat unhappy customers, he is arrogant, made things worse, even the cashier did a better job

They give the best service ever. I buy my daily needs there everyday and they don't disappoint.

Love this store, doesn't have very many of the bigger things especially the fridge section but the basics are enough, very friendly staff.

Staff lying all over the place. Service pathetic. I know it's the New South Africa. Staff should be professional and helpful. Your food section us a disaster, you just need to put in beds then your staff can lie down. Tgey spread themselves all over the counters and have conversations instead of attending to customers.

Nice store, but does not have some of the things other woolies foid has. Not a big woolies, selection on mens clothing limited.

Spacious, clean and neat store. Tellers are not always friendliest as opposed to other Woolworths stores around the area.

The shop has a reasonable variety of products. However, it's disturbing that some of the staff seem not to know what professional etiquette is.

The shop is not comparable to other bigger stores. It has the necessary resources for the people in the area.

Its convenient, you don't have to go to the big malls, customer service is on point especially when it comes to exchanging or refunds as we tend to do that a lot when you buy for kids.

They never have anything that you're looking for on the shelves and the staff members are useless
