Woolworths Clearwater Mall

Rude "manager" at the tills. She walked away as I was speaking to her. Cashier also had a bad attitude. Disgusting service. I wish these jobs would go to people who actually want them and who have a better attitude.

You also have to boil because they're too stingy to switch the air-cons on.
Woolworths is supposed to be upmarket? Why are they always off?

I visited on Monday 9/1 at around 16:45.

Love it. They have my fav cakes and desserts. Everything about them is top quality. It helps when they have someone at the tills directing customers, then the que move faster.

This Woolworths has a huge clothing section and grocery section. So instead of walking from shop to shop, Woolworths has it 2 in 1

Visited on Saturday. During loadshedding the aircons weren't working and a whole lot of shops had to close due to back up power issues. Not impressed

Always a pleasure to shop here. I always find what I need (and what I don't need but want). I also made a friend in Buyi when she's on shift when I get to the checkout point. It's nice to be recognized and not one of the many "faceless" customers.

My go to Mall. For me it is the best mall nearer Soweto. I like the Dischem and the Edgar's is the biggest one.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from their customer care department today. I shall visit them again.

Excellent branch of Woolies! Huge store with a variety of shopping options and excellent specials!

Unfortunately the queues and shortage of cashiers in this store is a problem! Was in a queue of 29 customers yesterday in the food section and only 3 cashiers working- the gentleman behind me just wanted to buy a bunch of flowers and there isn’t an express till- the best way to lose customers!

Open spaces for you to move in between with your trolley. Very neat and tidy, service is excellent!

This Woolworths normally has everything this one needs and the staff is always helpful and ready to assist with anything you ask. Today they had a challenge as it is probably one of the busiest days of the year and then all banks went off-line due to a technology glitch at the store, which left many unhappy customers who does not shop with cash anymore. Suggest they improve on their announcements to customers which would have prevented the frustration of waiting in the queue.

After day of amazing service in other stores. Sadly your cashier let you down. But have say the waiter made up for her disinterest.

There are always long queues at this store, be it in the foods or clothing department. Management does nothing to remedy the situation, they see the long queue and walk away. At many other Woolies stores you see management taking action. I see that this is a regular complaint against this store but it seems to be falling on deaf ears.

Great selection of clothing. Enjoyed a delicious red cappuccino and cheesecake at the restaurant. Well stocked food section. Really beautiful merchandise to boot.

They usually have stock for everything you need, the only thing disappointing is the Long ques especially when you're there to only buy one item. It would be nice if they had Express tills but it just seems like there's no space for that. So what they could do right now is to ensure that all tills have cashiers operating on them.

Frustrating! Grocery section didn't have enough tills open for the amount of customers standing in a very long queue!

No stars. Everything I went for twice in a row, sold out by midday. Queues winding around the food market, 4 tellers on duty. Couldn't locate a manager. Not cool

Need to work on the service, especially on busy days. Plus cooked chicken cant always run out before 3pm on Sundays.

Never enough cashiers. "Managers" are always standing around talking. And then when you finally get to the till, the staff are unfriendly. Very disappointing. And this is not the 1st time. Become a recurring situation.

Lost their customer service completely from returning from lock down. The lines are worse to stand in, complete total disregard for the elderly. And 3 people supervising the tills while there are only 3 cashiers working like they have all the time in the world to laugh with supervisors and waste people's time that need to get back to work. Won't be returning here, I would rather go to Life Style.
