Woolworths Forest Hill City

Was there for a short period of time, it's actually a nice mall.wouldn't mind going back again

Woolworths I like that they are the same all round. Will be disappointed by staff who dont realise this is a worldwide hrand

Woolworths is always offering the best service. It is unfortunate that this particular mall seems to be closing down with most shops now closed

We bought marinated chicken wings today (14/04/2023) and it smells absolutely horrible. We checked the sell by/use by date and it was 15/04/2023, to our surprise. Shocked that Woolworths also uses the tactic of other stores to marinate and spice meat that is clearly going off. All that organic and healthy and safe propaganda they sell is a complete farce. Very gross, check the dates people.

Had to do a shop for a cooking demonstration. This was the nearest Woolworths to go to as to where I was stationed. A few items were not available but I managed. The staff and cashier were very helpful

My daughter left her phone somewhere in the shop while we were still shopping and I received a call to collect the phone at customer care.

It’s 16h29 and the queue for the food section is so long (10 customers or mor) and there’s 1 teller. What’s happening? Why are standards being dropped

Busy with renovations. Not the ideal place to shop at the moment, but ideal for a quick in-and-out. Parking is conveniently close to the entrance.

A very nice store that has everything, even halal food for Muslims, and there is a mosque for all prayers. An enjoyable visit for all

Woolies always delivers the best products and service, however the Forest hill staff seems very negative and not very willing to help. They are my nearest store but I would rather go to Reds mall. I don't want to be at Woolworths and feel like I'm at Shoprite.

It's good, spacious, clean and all the clothing Departments are packed nicely, everything is visible

I went there to buy the Rainbow Cake, It was out of stock but atleast Mr Shalang managed to check for me which store has the stock which turned out to be Crawthorne, As much as I did not get what I wanted at Forest Hills i still felt welcomed and valued as a customer.
