Woolworths Kerk Street JHB

The place is no longer have a clothes nd grocery because they are closing the shop nd my heart is thorn apart

I went to this woolies today and the store smelled of a rotten meat it was not smelling good and the store looked like a fly by night it is not the five star woolies we know _fix that store please

Not the usual reception one receives when visiting this establishment. It seems the pending closure of the store scheduled for the 31st of August 2021, has dampened the jovial mood you are bound to encounter at Woolworths Kerk Str

Loved the store very convenient and now im very sad just learned that they are closing on 30 August.

A nice clean and organized place. Not in the most ideal spaces and parking may be a bit of a mission.

Overall the store is reasonably sized and there's friendly staff.

A teller called amogelang gives us attitude and we end up packing grocery by our self

The area surrounding the store is dirty and unsanitary. Not a good sight seeing dead rats around a place that sells food

I had a great shopping but the problem is that many of the staff that I wanted was not there because of my size (x small) (28)

The online customer care is absolutely shocking. Request for escalation are observed. Management can't be bothered. Product descriptions are misleading!

Waited for an hour to get help it was only one person whose helping us and it was four customers I was the third one

Less crowd and less queues. Socially distancing, hand Sanitising and mask wearing. Food is healthy and hygienic.

Place smelt terrible. Only 3 cashiers working at the food market during lunchtime and some items were on the shelf past the sell by date. Terrible experience, wouldn't go back.

The place looks amazing and organized. However, the cashiers are very slow and need serious training.

It would have been 5 stars if they also had a section for flowers and plants: (otherwise it's the best in town. Convenient and has almost everything:)

I usually go there for the food section. It isn't that big and very limited, but convenient, I'm all about convenient. Staff is lovely, but again, very limiting in terms of what they offer.

It was good the queue was manageable and the till I used she was super friendly and smiley face. Thank you

My only request is for them to replenish early and please stock up on those canned chickpeas.

Well, I didn't even know that there was this establishment at this location 'cause it's a lil bit unlike the franchise to locate itself in such a neighborhood but that's cool, beneficial to both parties actually. I came here' cause my 3 year old son wanted Strawberries to taste, for the first time, and we had gone to five places around the City looking for them without any luck. Someone said I should check this establishment and had to check it up online first but it was legit so I went. I got in and there they were, as fresh as they can get. My heart was filled with joy, partly because now I could stop going around the city but also because my son has also happy that we finally found them
