Woolworths Kyalami

I mainly go here for the cafe, the food is delicious and the staff super friendly and try to make the best effort possible for their patrons, it's really a lil gem of a place when you don't want to set for a whole restaurant experience and just want to sit and catch your breath before venturing back out into the world again

Unfortunately Woolies Dash assigned me to this store. Worst packers ever. Today they delivered rotten apples, I'm not impressed at all. This is not the first time, what is worse for me is that the complain process is so outdated, you can only send an email or call. They take days to respond and only when you follow up, that's when you get feedback about the complain. What is the point of using and paying for this service then?

Great Woolies Food store. Stock is usually available. Lovely plant section; coffee shop which is not bad; good offering of products; most of the alternative foods - gluten free/ dairy free/ etc. Good store layout; clean; pretty good service.

Yesterday it happened again. “Take 2 for lower price” promotion sign was misleadingly placed next to a product that was not on promotion.

Does the store hope rushed shoppers (like us) would just grab two of the expensive products and trust that the till will show the reduced price? Failing to hawkishly watch the pole display to check that for each article the advertised price is correctly charged?

When returning the products, it took 15 min of waiting for a supervisor to reverse the transaction. No apologies were offered. Certainly no offer to honor the advertised pricing. It leaves us with a bitter aftertaste.

I love W Café for its food, but the service is always a massive let down. Waited over 15 minutes for a coke, our food went to the wrong table and had to be remade, and when it came to paying the bill, all the wait staff (including the manager) were drinking coffee in the kitchen. The first step to good service is being well trained and having strong leadership. Do better Woolies Cafe.

The staff here make the shopping experience extraordinary! Did my Sunday weekly top up and what an exceptional customer experience. From being greeted at the door, to the friendly teller & a bonus I was walked to my car as well. I’ve shopped at Woolies for years but the Kyalami Corner one is absolutely wonderful. The staff is amazing!

Went into Woolworths now for groceries, disappointing that normally cashier staff are ready to help however now at 17.40, they are all bunched in one corner having a jolly chat and don’t want to do their job, actually asking each other to go and ring up for customers. Eventually 2 dragged themselves away from the crowd with much complaining. Management can just look at the frontline cctv …

The staff are soooo helpful here. I was looking for hollandaise sauce, and 2 of the staff on duty took the time to browse all the shelves, then check the Woolies app and try to help me find it. Even though they don't stock it, I really appreciate the effort they went through. Also, their desserts are phenomenal.

This woolies food always have anything I need. Well stoked at all time and it's definitely bigger.

Lovely store. Seems to have some supply issues as shelves were not well stocked despite being around lunchtime

Woolwoths moved the coffee shop inside, I miss sitting outside.
There's a crockery shopping experience where the coffee shop was.
All covid protocol observed.

The click and collect service is dismal. Not sure what's the point if I always have to leave my car walk to security and give them my order number. If you can't do something properly, don't do it at all.

Great for quick shopping, grabbing some Essential dinner items. Not the biggest Woolies Food, so selection and quantity is not like say a Fourways mall Woolies Food

Still tonso serious shopping but noticed that it's bigger than some woolies in the Midrand area

Lovely and clean, fresh foo and quality food as always. The lady who assisted at the till was super friendly and professional, pity did not get her name.

A medium rare Hamburger shouldn't be that hard to cook! The first offering arrived cold. It was returned to the kitchen who decided to to warm through the already cut through burger - it was returned luke warm! R 100 rip-off.

Love shopping at this particular Woolworths. Kinda like trying out the testers. It’s a big store with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is spacious and inviting.

3 stars cos service and food isn’t all that good at the restaurant

This Woolworths is superior to all others I have been too! The layout of the store, the staff and the queueing time are all perfect! I go out of my way to do my shopping at this Woolies!
