Good all round store. Just wish the food market had more organic choices in things like cheese and also more low carb options

Running a Friday burger patty promotion on chicken and beef patties but no chicken patties in stock by 10h00 in the morning

It's clean, great and attentive customer service too.infact the food section gives the best customer service.
The only downside is that they either run out of items quickly or there's often no stock.

Gone backwards over the years. No good variety of mens clothing. What a disappointment! Only go there to visit the food section.

Close to my home, all shops you at one mall, places is constantly cleaning, I like to shop there

We got there at 4: 30 pm, went to the kids section and found that their specials were ending. We took some time to get what we wanted and as we were going to pay around 5: 05 which we didn't even realize the time, one of their staff members in a white dress came to us, in a very rude manner, the worst attitude to experience as a customer, said to us "we are closed and you are wasting time, tills and lights will be off in 5 minutes" I'm not saying what she said was wrong, but we didn't see the time and we weren't even aware, however the manner in which she told us was very rude and could have done it better. That was really not OK. I don't think I'll be going there anytime soon.

@Management: End of the month is not a good time to shop at this store. Half the tellers were closed resulting in ques that went right round the store. You can't shop if people are standing in lines with trollies waiting to pay. Eventually we had to pay for our food products in the clothes section. Very frustrating shopping experience for regular woolworths customers.

Rather shop at another woolies store.

My first time at this store and I was insulted by the security guard. Maybe I am being dramatic but the guard asked me if I saw the price on the cake I was reaching out for hahahahah! Maybe I am being dramatic but I didn't understand. It came across as "are you sure you can afford? " with so many people in the store, was he asking that question to everyone?

Shop assistant escorted my elderly parents to the men's department with so much patience i could not believe it! Excellent staff!

It's been a very long time since I experienced such wonderful customer service. I was looking for a food item that isn't very easy to find because it's not used alot. Thabo, a manager, went out of his way to search for the product in the back. He even phoned around to see if he can find it at another branch, all to save me from driving around. At long last he managed to find it in the back, stacked away, and was so happy that he mannaged help me. Thank you again for your friendly and caring assistance Thabo, you should get a raise.

The shop is located not far from the parking, and it is accessible even for wheelchair. Only thing that is a concern is not everything is available like Centurion Mall.

I was saddened by the clothing and accessory availability. The usual Woolies vibe and stock is not available as before. Understandably post lockdown, finances and other Woolies clothing stores in Centurion Mall and at Blue Valley Mall are drawing people away.
I do see this Woolies being a potential Woolies express store for food rather than clothing.

Lovely small woolies store. Variety is not as much as bigger stores, obviously, but staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It's a small store but they could carry better stock of clothing for women in the area as they have a better selection of men's clothing.

Had a great experience in men's wear. A big thank you to Aubrey who assisted me with finding the right size and length pants for my son.

What's up with the massive long queues running all the way way to the back and only 2 of the 6 tills are open? This is making a nice shopping experience horrible at Woolworths, standing a half-hour in the queue.

Hi everybody my experience at Woolworths was excellent everybody was very friendly and helpful their where plenty of people at the tills and the queu moved fast.

Their products are always fresh and they are generally fully stocked but if you go after 12, you might not get what you looking for as they tend to sell out quickly.

I left my credit card at the shop on the 13th June 2021 by accident. The shop staff kept it, called the bank and advised that they have my card. I want to thanks the team for such a good gesture. I will forever buy from Mall@Reds Woolworths. They are the best.
