Woolworths Melrose Arch

Clean well set out, not cramped, helpful efficient staff in food hall and at the check-out section.

Shocking. Manager of shop playing on his phone instead of helping customers. Rude. Boards around whole store is wrong and not changed. Unacceptable experience.

Was looking for Jan braai tools. Could not find on the floor. Staff were chatting and laughing. Absolutely no servive

No one in sight to assist today (ladies sleepwear, ladies change room, rang bell 20 times no response, battled to find sizes, then long wait in short queue to pay, and wasn’t even busy, had same experience previously at this branch country road, more than once,
possibly a specific branch management issue or a general woolworths brand standard deterioration over last 2 years

Extremely disappointed with poor ranging of formal shirts in both Country Road and Trenery brands

I didn't find the shoes I was looking for and they could pick up that there are 4 pairs left in store but I left without getting them.

The staff member tookthe on special wines that were the last infront of me, she took four I ask her one she denied, why Woolworth don't give them their time to buy than to fight with customers

Situated inside Melrose Arch. They have a great restaurant to enjoy some of their food. I like the Crispy Chicken Burger, definitely my favorite.

Good service. Various merchandise on offer. Shop on three levels. Easy access.
Staff willing to assist

One of the best Woolworths stores regarding their clothing. Teller was extremely obliging and friendly. We don't get this treatment much these days.

Small shop so it's limited by space in order to have all that woolworths can offer in shopping experience

Went to order a replacement card, the manager didn't let me buy with my broken card while I had be en using it for about 2 months in our stores to purchase. But she was more then happy to accept a payment using the very same card.

Met a friend at the pleasantly appointed Woolworths Cafe. Good coffee. I ordered the duck waffle but was told the waffle machine was broken. Ordered the duck sandwich and apparently there was no duck. I went elsewhere for breakfast. Poor service.
