Woolworths Olivedale reviews
19Overall a good shopping experience. Would just like to know why they open so late in the morning as one would expect them to be open at about 8 0 clock. Maybe something to consider.
Small store, but all the usual great fresh meat, produce and other household needs. Clean and well run, friendly staff.
Enjoy the store but if you go at the end of the day you're likely to find some stuff out of stock
Not sure if the staff is lazy to pack or they just run out of stock that fast.
Worst woolworths. Staff dont bother to pack your groceries into bags you supplied. Stand around talking to each other. Even have video proof of this.
Never have adequate stock of bread products.
I'm at an Airbnb in the area. Thank goodness this isnt my actual home and this isnt my local Woolies!
Management need to diversify a little more in their offerings taking into account their very broad diversified demographics in the surrounding area
I got a full chicken that was not cooked. Bleeding chicken that was meant to be cooked. I was very Disappointed
Always low or out of stock. I know it's a small branch but it's Woolworths. Sometimes think I should just use Douglasdale
Lovely layout of the shop. The produce is fresh. Great specials. However, the assistant manager was a little pompous in his behavior when approached with a query. The manager seemed nonchalant about it. I would of appreciated better service from such a great store.
Good place to shop. Only one issue I'm having is that when I do my monthly shopping, I am unable to buy my child's full month of yogart supply as the sell by date is near so I'm left to buy maybe two trays and try and buy them later in the month which is abit of a hassel as they sell out fast. Often I end up buying some other brand at another or drive around to other woolworths lookn for the character yogart.
Clean store, great hours, small neighborhood shop but has your everyday needs, to your everyday wants. Stop and shop for your grocery needs today.
Easy parking. Well stocked. Quick at the till. Helpful staff. Full marks. Love the Woolies Low Fat milk!
The security guards for the Woolies give you a warm welcome each time on your arrival. They strictly adhere to COVID regulations with sanitizer and hand towels available at the entrance. I think a good idea would be to have mounted bottles of sanitizer at the end of each isle. From experience I (and the majority of us) am a touchy shopper (reading labels of products, picking up products to read the packaging, gently feeling the softness of bread) and having access to more sanitizer may be quite beneficial. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. When I shop at this Woolies I feel comfortable.
In general love woolies stores and shopping at Woolworths. You however get one or two stores that generally has stock issues. This is unfortunately one of them.
Never we'll stocked and a very small Vegan range. Queue's always out the door and Management refuse to open up a fast til for people with less than 10 items
Convenient. They need to manage the stock better. Is ended up buying brown bread as apparently the bread wasn't delivered that morning and it was 10am. Bakery items sell out fast it seems, including bread to ensure freshness
Unfortunately does not carry stock of speciality food items. Eg gluten free or dairy free products.etc
The stock keeping is not good at all. The "sell by date" on everything seems to be the next day. This is not a one time thing. I have been going there for a while now. I cannot shop for 1 day at a time. Food must last a few days at least.
As usual you go onto Woolworths to buy one thing but end up buying more because of the specials and of course the yummy stuff that is available Load shedding is NOT a factor at Woolworths in Olivedale
