The atmosphere in the shop was warm and inviting, the staff is polite & greet with a smile.

I must commend Boledi Polanka - she was the most extraordinarily helpful, informative and kind person. Together with her colleague from the Lancôme counter, they made such a positive impression upon me. Ms Polanka in particular took time to explain WRewards to me in detail - in a very literal sense, she made a difference. She is a tribute to the Woolworths brand in general and the Sandton City store in particular.

This is one of the biggest Woolworths store I've been to. Literally has everything you can ever think of. Your one stop shop for sure.

W NOW NOW, Located in the food court, offer lots of great lunch options that are healthier than the others (ie green vegetables options available in place of starch). The portions are sizable for the price point and quality. The staff is friendly. Highly recommended.

I always love shopping at Woolworths, I especially love when I find something unique be it something to do with food, or beauty, or something as simple as Chilli olives

Best service ever! Friendly staff, always willing to help, especially the homeware and ladies section. In the homeward department you always leave with a smile and now bedding, the staff are always on their toes willing to assist and give best advice. Foods department is also great. The entire staff and security guards are friendly. Best food and great quality on clothing.

A very busy store, I like the fact that due to it being a big store, there is alot of stock available on the floor.

Their collection of white dresses for this Christmas you will definitely find everything and anything you need. The shop is big and has everything, great staff, perfect location and excellent customer service.

I had a long exhausting shopping experience there, yes the service of the staff was great, it is unfortunate that some items were mixed with those on sale so I took the wrong item without taking note of the difference of the item to that that is on sale till after I have paid and left the store as I was about to pay for the parking ticket and leave the mall that is when I realized that the sale did not apply because of that one item that was misplaced, I had to go back to the store and get a refund on this. The manager at the food store was kind enough to help me accordingly it is unfortunate that this is not the first time I have experienced this at Woolies, I need to check my till slip right before I leave their shops because I always pay more on other items than what has been displayed on their aisle. This is exhausting and saddens my heart given that I spend over 30k annually in their stores as a VIP Wrewards member to get such shopping experience.

On a hot day theybhave aircons on heat, so melting from one door to the other can be a challanging experience

First I waited for about a half hour, because it was after hours and the headoffice is closed they can't assist in changing information I already gave woolies in the past.
I've been told a number of times to get my store card renewed but all stores I've been to, in one way or other have an excuse why they can't issue mea replacement card. It's been 3 months now. And I'm getting told that next time they will not take my card for payment if woolworths cannot replace it for me regardless. How is tha my problem?

Always stocked with the best clothing. Well structured and very neat and tidy.

The food section has fresh quality produce always.

The sales lady in the lingerie department was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to locate the size for a top I needed in another store. What a lovely experience! I'm truly sorry I forgot her name.

A very nice upmarket mall. Very big so be prepared for a lot of walking.

Worth a days outing.

We had a fabulous day at the Johannesburg Zoo. The gardens are exquisite x There is much shade under Trees. The birds are plentiful squirrels too be a delight. Animals aplenty. We delighted and much enjoyed the aquarium which none of us had ever seen before. In same building the Snakes and Spiders were Beautiful and we so enjoyed the architecture of this delightful place.
Many Thanks to all Zoo keepers for caring well for Our Zoo. We had A most enjoyable Day and Many Thanks too to the Zoo Fotographer for Fabulous Beautiful Memories presented in gorgous folder with many lovely Colour Fotos included. The fotos are Fabulous of Us with different Exquisite Animals in each.
Our Animals are each one Unique Special and its our joy to love and care for them with Love and Compassion Kindly. Its Wonderful to view the Many Species from all over the World. Truly an Honour

Disappointing. Confusing layout. Staff non existent. I then went to Woolworths at Cresta and give that branch 5 stars. The layout was much better and staff were friendly and efficient

Good selection of food and clothing. Wish they could get rid of that funny smell in the women's section

Been going to woolies every time I am I SA. Today, I am a little disappointed. Not at all what I expected. Shape up
