11It’s been 2 months now and I haven’t received my refund from KFC of over R400. I’m tired and I want my money back
Kfc Lambton. They tell yoh theres nk meat you'll have to wait 30 minutes. As if thats not enough they make they guy in front wait for 30min in the drive through holding up other customers who didn't want to wait for ridiculous 30min. Talk about disservice.
Disgusting service at KFC Bedfordview, ordered and waited 30 minutes to find out that they had run out of chicken.
The inside of the building makes you feel as if you are in a KFC store - stunning design and a very fun culture
It had minimal staff.preparing for.the return of full staff but awesome reception are and the staff is very friendly
I did place online order, i did pay with card, when I arrived in kfc outlet those employers refused to give me my food, i call coustomer care and complain about this, its more than 2 weeks now, nobody call me yet, i didn't get my food, i didn't get my refund yet! This is useless coustomer services, kfc is biggest company in the world, but I can't believe kfc coustomer service is like this! Store employees and offices employees are same, I mail them but no response yet! I didn't get any solutions when complaining about kfc outlet service and employees behavior! I didn't get my money refund, I think it's gonna batter for me, for my family and friends to avoid kfc outlets! Kfc south africa don't care about coustomer.
Took money of my account in OCTOBER and NOVEMBER. When using the Kfc app Didn't receive food or order number. Send my bank statement over and over. Been phoning customer care everyday. Nothing! We will call you back Sir

Kfc when will you REFUND MY MONEY'S
Kfc online accepted my order but did not deliver. They claim the refund was done but no money in my account. When asked where the funds were paid to they can't answer me. I need my money.
I ordered food online and paid eft on Sunday 9 Jan 2022 (my birthday). I got an email after 15 min saying my order was cancelled but i would get a refund. Until now no refund not credit no voucher for the value of the order. NOTHING. I have emailed and called and messaged on Facebook and still nothing so disgusted in their customer service!
One of your KFC branches has stolen R130 from my account and its an uphill to have it given back.
I have to beg and plead for my own money which was stolen and customer care is of no help.
