Good morning, I would like to say thank you to Mark the owner for challenging me to a 3 week course at Appliances Repair King. It was good to be there and my biggest appreciation goes to Anton Stoltz and his son Willem who trained me every single day, thank you, I really do appreciate your input and to a lifetime friendship that I will cherish. Willem always checked to see if I was okay. Thank you so much again and till we meet again. May God bless you all with your heart desires and bless you to keep up the good work. I did a tumble dryers/washing machine training (Jan. 2023) course and made already half of my money back. Will go back for another course. Mark and his wife Ella will assist you for 6 months afterwards when you do the course but I know they will assist you for life (very friendly people). I put my stars where it belongs.cheers

Immediate what’sapp reply to my query. They requested a pic of the problem in my freezer and suggested the repair required and price of spares. No cost, no obligation even though they don’t perform these specific repairs. Hard to find this level of service. Another company I contacted haven’t even come out despite arranging a day and kept me waiting the entire day. Appliance King Durban is highly recommended based on my experience as indicated.

Really super service! I just had ARK over to fix my washing machine and they were in and out in 20 minutes - everything repaired and with a 3 month guarantee on the work and parts. Mark and Megan were quick and efficient and cleaned up the space so kindly after themselves (I was really embarrassed how much dryer lint was floating around behind the machines!) - it's all running smoothly. Would definitely use their service again and recommend to everyone I know. Ella (on comms) is also very clear and makes the whole process easy to follow and resolve for both her team and the client.

I must commend Ella, Megan, Anton and Mark on their excellent service. The advice and assitance that was provided even before a callout was made, was above and beyond what is usually provided these days. My husband and I appreciate the service given, even though we decided to buy a new machine rather than repair the old one. We would certainly recommend Appliance Repair King for their customer service ethic alone.

We fixed an LG washing machine and tech finished job at my home. Service were very proffessional and machine were up in running within an hour with no outstanding issues. I refuse to use any other appliance repair service in the future as service were brilliant and professional. Tech were friendly and very approachable. Well done Appliance repair king!

I can highly recommend Mark and his team. They came out on a Saturday at the promised time. Took the stove away and recommended that I replace the stove as parts are no longer available for my obsolete stove. He made recommendations for a new affordable one and came back to install it. Slick, on time and pleasant. Thank you.

Thanks to the ARK team for fixing my Smeg Fridge. A special thanks to Mark for his honesty. Took my fridge away. Got it back in two days. My fridge only needed a defrost. Working as it should. I was not charge anything. I was absolutely stunned. You don't get honest people anymore. Also special thanks to the staff who came to collect. Very friendly and efficient.

They were absolutely amazing! Came out to check the issue, gave me feedback there and then, took my oven in for repairs and delivered it the next day all sorted. Absolutely 5 star service!

My washing machine needed repairs and I contacted a so called repair man who I found in the local newspaper. He messed up the machine which he kept for three months. I thought of scrapping it and then as a last resort I called Appliance Repair King. The machine was picked up promptly and within a day it was sorted out. It's now working like a dream.

From first contact to delivery of repaired washer and dryer, I found this company to be courteous, timely and a provider of excellent service. My machines were picked up, repaired and returned within 2 days and the workmanship is excellent, I do not normally write reviews but in this case I felt obligated to write a review given the wonderful service, I highly recommend them

They tricked me in paying far to much. Didn't tell me that they can't do it on site, they picked my dishwasher up after paying R550 callout and another R1450 later got it back. A new one's price is R4500. The only problem was that it tripped the electricity and they did a complete service on a machine that washed perfectly, drained perfectly it just tripped the electricity, so an electronic fault.

Great all round service- excellent communication, straight-forward, honest, knowledgeable and professional. Will use these guys again. Highly recommended.
