Absolutely disappointing service.
Purchased a roll and poles.
Was assisted by 2 staff and 2 security, they had Absolutely no idea what they were doing.
Really unprofessional at the despatch yard.

Went back to purchase some plumbing materials, staff were talking to each other rather than acknowledging customers.
Unacceptable in my view

Im sure I overspent on a set of plastic draws and a hand held rechargable lamp. I loved the experience.

Big store that never has stock for contractors! I tried for barn doors and a bath screen and suprise suprise no stock!

It's OK.but staff at the entrance/exit could be more professional. Rather put the cashiers right at the exit so as to avoid the fumbling security checks.

For all yr building, hardware, DIY and a wide range of tools and accessories in a friendly enviroment.

What a waste of time, waited for 20min for staff to find someone who could help only to be told they can't help me. Poor service all around

If there was a minus one.you'd get it. It should be builders slow go. What's with check out continually jammed only to get to security that.just not worth it. Very close to root canal

@durbanscrapmetalbuyers we find this a most valuable store for industrial products. Tools, PPI, safety gear you name Builders Express Ballito have it all.

Excellent service indeed. After first trying MIDAS, and MICA for a replacement of an extension hose supplied with a car tyre inflator / compressor without success, they supplied me with silicon tape which worked perfectly to mend the existing tube. Excellent service.

I love the service of the people that us when we went there, it was great keep the good work that you're doing guys as a team.

Builder's warehouse customer associates this outlet with the best materials and goods. However, this outlet is always disappointing when it comes to essentials and the scarce goods that it is known to stock.some normal goods are either out of stock or not known.

Just a thank you for the excellent backup and service regarding misplaced paperwork (my fault). Sorted speedily much to my relief. Great team

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at builders express Ballito for their care and their going the extra mile for me. Two Sundays ago I bought shatter proof wood and they patiently cut it for me to fit into my car. Love the staff. Another big shout out to Albert for going the extra mile even on his day off. So impressed thank you.

The service it's so bad that you are talk to hold on a phone forever that is a worrying factor for me.

Terrible service. I ordered something online it was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago and I'm still waiting. I sent them emails on the site etc to email or call me and nothing. I don't have a landlines to call them and I shouldn't have to buy airtime to call for something I already paid for. Honestly man so frustrated I even paid for a deliver fee of R450.

The service there is Exceptionally Fantastic! But material wise it is lacking most likely due to the Pandemic. Before you could go there and have piping and wooden boards cut but not now.

13th March 22 at 10.30 been elderly its difficult to load potting soil and my purchase was not checked but stamped TAKEN No thanks to security who didn't check purchase. I asked for help and they walked awayThe goods were carried by the manager thank you so much Incompetence from first and last people one sees.what a pity all the hard work by the floor staff is spoiled by 2 staff

Need to get a system that works and tells you what stock you have and don't have. Pain paying for something, getting to the yard to collect, and being told there is no stock, and have to go back to the store for a refund.

Our toddler was allowed to ring the bell announcing specials very friendly and helpfull staff. Massive range and cheaper than in ballito central
