Cappello Florida Road

This is one place that made my stay in Durban worth remembering. This is a nice place to chill in Durban. If you love Amapiano, Afro tech and not hip hop is a place to be.

I came here for music and beverages. The service was great. The waiters were excellent. They made sure my drinks are in good condition and hubbly on point.

You get your table and before you know it tlabe ba tswalela.
I recommend it for night outing for beverages. I am definitely coming bak

First time and probably the last ordered pizzas and they were RAW ask them to kindly take it back and cook it a little longer TWICE eventually we decided to take it away and go put it in the oven at home

Nice place with a vibe but expensive. Parking is hard to get late night but inside is a safe environment.

I personally wouldn't recommend this restaurant, everything I orded they either didn't have the ingredients or the machine was broken. The food took long and when it eventually came it was not baked properly. Highly disappointed

Mbali Mbali Mbali. Amazing. Gave us her full attention checked on us every single moment she got, during such a busy period. I thoroughly enjoyed being here. Definitely a place to visit.the food, on point, the vibe on point and Mbali wow.keep it up. Definitely revisiting this space and you made my sister's birthday extra special with that extra touch. Went here for a girls night. We were seated quickly and served so warmly by Maria. Our cocktails were well made and tasty, but would've appreciated a 2 for 1 special or something. I loved the music and the Saturday night ambience.

The vibe is beautiful. I tried their ribs and wings with the barbecue sauce. The meat was tender and their sauce is perfect. I was hanging outside. They had those heaters it didn't even feel like I was outside in the Afternoon. You know when you are basking in the sun watching everything that is going on outside, that's exactly the feeling I got. To be having fun whilst seeing beautiful cars and beautiful people. It's in overall a lovely place.

It was not the best, the food was cold, I waited more then 30 minutes for the food, no forks or knives, in the table.

Cappello is a great diner/restaurant for a chilled lunch or diner reservation. The music is usually on point for lovers of deep house and classics. The space is rather small though so tends to have issues with table availability and the outside seating arrangement is not the most ideal. Apart from those minor issues it is a place worth visiting. The service is good, not great but good. Wheel chair accessible as well.

My wife and I went out to this restaurant while walking on Florida Road, I lived across and always wanted to try the food, I was not disappointed, now I have been to star places and this is humble place had great food, decent music, clean atmosphere and friendly service, The Pizza was phenomenal Avo and Chicken and the Mandela Pizza was also a winner, bought another just to take home with me. If you had a bad experience there recently raise it, doing nothing will do nothing, but for my experience at this venue it was great nonetheless, will post a new review after going there again.

The waiters are highly incompetent, no respect for customers and the carpet downstairs is super smelly

The waitress did not come back with our change mind you we did tip her and make it clear we want our change and the people we were sitting with had the same experience.

Besides that the DJ played and amazing set and the food was average
