12 Stay Far Away
I had an extremely disappointing experience with East Coast Auto. I purchased parts and paid from them, but never received them. Despite multiple attempts to contact the owner Marlan, I received no response or resolution. What do you gain by robbing people of their hard earned money.
I have been a vehicle dealer for 20 years and have done business with may parts shops in KZN. This is the first time I have experienced this.
I would strongly advise against doing business with East Coast Auto
i had been struggling to get a specific car part for months and this establishment happened to have it. service from Tia was sublime as as the service from the rest of the team. definitely buying future parts from here
