I have never met such a kind and passionate photographer as Alida! ???? She went above and beyond to make sure we had the most unbelievable photos of our special day! Alida is a friendly, sweet and out going lady who made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Alida for our stunning photos! I have been smiling from ear to ear since I have received them!

Where do I even start? ! After stumbling across Elysian Photography via Instagram while on a hunt for a KZN based wedding photographer, I was blown away by the beautiful style of Alida’s photos. I contacted her straight away and we instantly clicked! She is super informative, very knowledgeable and gives great advice Alida definitely knows how to put a stressed out bride at ease! Come wedding day, Alida was cool calm and collected, making us feel gorgeous and confident which we loved. If there is one thing I love about Elysian Photography it’s that Alida knows how to capture memories you wouldn’t even think you would want captured and those are some of our favourite pics we have We are blown away by our wedding photos and we are in awe of them everyday since receiving them! Wedding shopping for a photographer could be classified as a real thing.

As I searched with no intentions to pick someone immediately as I still had time, I came across Elysian Photography, and I fell absolutely in love with how she portrays every family shoot, pregnancy shoot, newborn shoot and ofcourse her wedding shoots!

I had to contact her and see if Alida was available. As soon as she said yes, I said book. It was the absolute easiest decision I ever made.

Now I had not yet met Alida in person and as life would have it we met for the first time the morning of my wedding day. She walked in and treated each and everyone of us as if she had known us for sometime, she was one of the biggest reasons I was so calm.

Now. Ladies, we love a good Photographer that makes us feel calm and special but let me tell you something about Alida. She is absolutely AMAZING with the men, my husband was so impressed with how professional, quirky, straight forward and stern she was to get the pics she desires.

We received our pictures, and 2 months after the wedding, EVERY picture allowed us to relive EVERY moment as if the wedding was a week ago, it is the most magical feeling in the world!
