Terrible service, waited forever to be seated, the waitron got our order wrong, didn’t care to check if we have everything for our hot beverages, overall bad service very nonchalant attitude toward customers and it wasn’t even busy.

The atmosphere was a good vibe. No waiter/ waitress attended to us, just someone who seated us, then handed us the menu and left. Your menu only caters for those who eat chicken, steak and pork. Very limited Hake / shrimp/ Veg altetnative/ option We left within 10 mins. I know that you are a family steak restaurant, but you should consider people in family groups with different preferences. Service delivery needs to improve and the menu needs to keep up to include an alternate Beef ribs to pork ribs. As it is the South coast, you need to add more seafood options. Just a constructive criticism. Use/ don't use.

Worst Spur experience. Orange juice tastes diluted, and toast for my avo on toast order was burned. Would not recommend this Spur at all

We ordered a coke and a strawberry sundae. Another waiter came with the coke and said there were no strawberries. I then ordered a cuppachino. My husband finished his coke and we sat a while longer, then we decided to leave. Terrible service.

It's great to go back after years.but they have got rather expensive now and food was ok but not great.

Me and my girlfriend are here on holiday and this Spur was great. Waitress was friendly and the food was great. Was a pleasure having a nice evening there.

Meat wasn't cooked right, asked for veg with my steak, got chips and onion rings, and no sauces or salt and pepper on the table. Not in a hurry to go back to that Spur.

Good day everyone. Well today was my first time that I felt that the Spur brand was not up to standard. We ordered Calamari and the special on the Ribs, but what was suppose to be a good day out to the Spur was very disappointing. The Ribs was under done and not soft as usual. No bowl of clean lemon water to rinse your fingers while you eat, I had to ask for it, just to be told they do not do it like that any more. I also had to ask for a plate to put the bones in and the napkins and cutlery was not brought on a plate as I know the norm all over is. We also had to wait long and ask again if some one can service our table. My mother in-law that likes Spur even commented that they will not see her again due to the poor quality of service. We did tell them that the Ribs was not done when we payed.

Wow the staff is so friendly & welcoming.so caring.required u to stay more with their kindness & the kids place is awesome. Enjoyed every moment

I have never been to Georgia Spur, and was pleasantly surprised.
Our waitress Valencia was attentive and nothing was too much trouble for her. The food was excellent, thank you Chefs.
I will go again.
I would like to know do the chefs get tip money?

Will not recommend this Spur. Noisy and unproffesional staff. Moved tables 3 times to find a table where we could hear ourselves talking. Coffees were cold and presented sloppy. General vibe is loud. Waiters are friendly but bad vibe.

Great breakfasts The top - up Brekkie is the best. If you don't drink coffee you can always donate it to the manager

This place has amazing food quality and child friendly service. The food comes out very fast and they try their very best with their hospitality

Great place but I find their menus regrettably restrictive. Why can one not have a breakfast after a certain time? !
