4Best service ever you won't see cockroaches modeling around the windows but the air conditioner is always on 20 degrees even in winter.
The bus is luxurious and we had a smooth trip to Amanzimtoti. Toilet on the bus for number 1 only.
The driver was friendly and caring. The bus was on time. But there was water on the floor from aircon under the seats. Overall experience was amazing
Expect anything. So make sure you have plenty of time ahead of whatever you are going to do at your destination.
With Intercape, you can experience the good or the really bad. And there's no telling when. For example, if you are going for a meeting or interview in the morning, try not to take the bus that will arrive close to your meeting or interview time. Anything can happen and might get delays of 2-4 hours, depending on the issues, because there can be so many of them.
