Overall excellent! Beautiful view and amazing food, service and atmosphere to complete the package.

We stayed in the complex above Larry's for the weekend. Had food and a few pints there. Fantastic staff members and the atmosphere was great. Keep it up

This is the 1st time we visited the restaurant and we loved it the food is amazing and we had a wonderful waitress, we will definitely be visiting again, soon

The Sunday carvey lunch for Mother's Day today was excellent service and food so enjoyed it will definitely recommend them and will be back again.

Excellent! Best on the South Coast, super friendly waiters and the food and cocktails is to die for.

Great expectations from our first visit to Larry's since they moved to Uvongo. Service was fine but some of the food was very mediocre. My Dagwood burger with extra patty.requested soft fried egg and medium cooked beef patties and got a very well done egg and very over cooked beef patties.

First time visit. Had Great expectations! Been to the one in Margate. This a cheap copy of it. No character, bland and no atmosphere. Staff not attentive. Doesn't seem popular as not too many people. Still with great views of the ocean. To go out of my way? Don't think so.

Loved the View, Friendly Service and the Food was absolutely excellent. Awesome place. Highly recommended.

Besy idea when doing maintenance is to have guys on site or put the tools away. My child tripped over that today.

If you want drinks & view, go you will enjoy. However if you order food be prepared to wait 1hr or more. General service is NOT good and needs significant improvement before I will visit again. Food very mediocre.

The service we got from Grant was excellent. The only thing we waited for was our drinks. The bar staff can step up their game a bit so the waiter doesn't look like an idiot. Thank you Grant for your great service!

Lovely family restaurant and their toys for kids really is s step up from the ordinary toys you get at a restaurant.
However receiving chicken snitchels in your seafood platter is weird.

Larry's have brought the tradition that they built over the past 20 plus years in Margate to Uvongo. Had my first lunch there recently and it was a real pleasure, my snack basket was perfect, the service was quick and friendly. Thank you.

Food is ok, not a bad place, it is just very quiet during out of season, basicaly the whole of Margate is a ghost town, nothing hsppening

Larry's is a great Family restaurant and always goodbye have always had great service and food is fresh

We had a nice experience with a personal touch from the lady serving us as it was out of season and not very busy. Food was great with a view on the main beach. Craft beer to go and you can opt for a “I was here” board to be hanged from the ceiling, which you can search for during your next visit.

The lunch Marguerita pizza was just as the doctor ordered but at dinner came more like a sloppy Joe.

Not worth a single penny. Would not recommend to anyone. Firstly, no proper waiting system. We waited 10 minutes, and a family who came after us sneaked by and the host informs us: “I don’t have eyes everywhere, they slipped through. ” Second, it takes the waitress 30 minutes to take an order. Another 30 minutes to bring the wine menu. Another 15 minutes to get the correct wine. Another 1 hour to bring out the food. And worst of all: we ordered 6 starters, and only 4 came out. When questioned by the waitress, she firstly refused to acknowledge the miss, and then gave a ridiculous answer: “oh the kitchen prepared fries than grilled. ” What a pathetic restaurant, with pathetic service, with disappointing host and servers. Not recommended at all.

It was such a fun experience and we got to hang our name boards I wish I had a photo of it but I do not sorry

My first time to Margate and we stopped at Larrys for lunch with my toddler. I was impressed from the moment we walked in.the attention from the staff, the decor loved it! To this day we have been on a quest to find calamari that tastes anything close to Larrys! Larrys you are by far best with your calamari!
