McDonald’s Shelly Beach

It was not the best but hey, I suppose everyone is trying.the ice-cream machine is always down and their chips were old, food was not warm and way to expensive.the servers can be more friendly

We had a great experience and our experience was made better by Precious Ngcobo who was assisting us and entertaining us at the same time

Friendly staff.
Place was quiet during working hours.
Branch is clean.
Parking is a bit small.

Last customer for the drive in. Super awesome server. Friendly, kind and helped me to set up the milkshake so I could take it on my superbike

I ordered a ¼ pounder ot had 1 thin slice of gurgan and thin slice tomato to me that was a waist.also very little sauce.over all 3/10.
It seems like they are cutting back on quality for the sake of price.

As ever the food is usually very good at any McDonalds and that's not an issue, but the drive thro' is painfully slow and very frustrating. The term "fast food" should not be used.
Other than that its a clean store with friendly staff.

Tasty food, but, I awaited much to long in the drive through, when I finally collected our order and drove to the beach and parke ready to eat, I find that the order was incorrect and the large cups? For our soft drinks was a total disaster.
As I picked up my soft drink the cup collapsed and spilled creamsoda allover my clothes and in my new Bakkie. Not a good experience.
Hope they can improve, and my next visit be a much better one. I wish them great success and much work and improvements must get done. One last aspect, the drive through is a tight squeeze for our double cabs.

Wow, we love the double thick milkshakes and kids love the happy meal with toy from McDonald's. So easy to use the selfhelp option, but a suggestion would be to put up blinds at the window coz it makes it difficult to see what you order on the self help screens with the light reflecting on the screens. Thx

They have all the time in the world, they are definitely one of the slowest Macdonald's that ive ever been too

After a few days holiday we popped in for brunch on our way back. Service was good and store was at its primist a it should be. Staff was helpful

Went to McDonald's 3 times during the December period around 1 in the morning and they were closed but there's a big sign saying it's 24 hrs. Absolutely ridiculous, I could see the workers sitting around inside the store doing nothing yet they were closed. Rather take out the 24/7 hr sign because its not open 24/7.

Service shocking cashierbor attendant what ever they call rude, abrupted when asking where the balance pf our meal was. SHELLY BEACH Mc Donalds needs a wake up call or they will close down just like the last one did.

We all love McDs! This one is tops! Clean. Efficient.fresh.no crowds.no beeping machine in the background. I recommend this one.even go get an ice cream on a hot day after going to the beach.they even don't mind u having sand on your feet from the beach.just step right in and go get yourself that big Mac you been waiting for for so long!

The store has self service points along with cashiers. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The food tasted good and is what you expect of McDonald's quality.

Good response to my previous review which I am amending now. Siyabonga the manager very interested in feedback. Nice new selection of desserts & pastries since my last visit. I like the boerrie breakfast which can be requested even after the allotted time.yay

McDonalds shelly beach is the slowest most useless mcdonalds I have ever been to.for s drive through average waiting time 20 min
