9Where is the management? 45 min wait, asked for my money back. They then quickly produced the meal. Very disappointing. This branch is letting down the Nandos brand.
They served me spoiled chicken.ordered 1/2 with coleslaw, and peri- peri wings with peri-tato salad. Flushed almost R300 down the drain

It's a recently opened Nando's Restaurant. So everything is still going as good as you would expect it for a new Restaurant.
The cashier taking our order could not even stand up straight or open her eyes when we spoke to her. We tried to order and she actually DISCOURAGED us to order because there was a waiting time. When asked about the waiting time, she was visibly irritated that she had to move. She just stared at everyone standing with their folded arms, they were doing nothing but chatting. I decided to just walk out. I was stopped by the delivery driver, who ensured me that if I ordered online, he will have it on my doorstep in no time. Which I actually did. If it was not for him, the store would have lost a 500rand + order. The owner needs to take care of this horrible service issue and give the delivery driver a raise. He saved the day.
I enjoyed my meal even thou it's wasn't of my choice, It was too Charo for me, The service was excellent because The staff was minding theirs own business.ordering and collecting was very fast. Thank you, MARRY CHRISTMAS TO YOU ALL, 'MAY GOD BLESS
Worst experience at Nando’s… the staff’s attitude looks like they are passing out. Highly not recommended
I always experience quick and efficient service most of the time consistently and the staff is original
