Huge range of excellent food. Generous special breakfast for a good price. Very good service from well trained and attentive staff. Incredibly popular with loyal customers. Tables indoors and outdoors. Never had a disappointing meal there.

Well prepared, delicious well presented meals served with enthusiastic and friendly watrons in a very pleasant atmosphere. Certainly a place to return to when next in Hillcrest. Highly recommended.

Was not the best. Cold and lumpy mash. Steak badly cooked. The gent gave me a delicious salad in lieu of mash. Husband enjoyed his lunch. At stopped going to Oscar's after a awful curry about 9 months ago. Went back today. In no hurry to return

As vegans we found there was a decent selection of dishes and the kitchen was very willing to accommodate exclusions or substitutions, service was 1st class. If they offered plant based cheeses especially for the pizza would have given 5 stars

Really like Oscars. Good food and generally a good vibe.

I would have given it 5 stars but they are still using polystyrene as their takeaway packaging. With the prices we pay surely Oscars can afford to spend a little extra on a more environmentally friendly solution?

The tables are also very close together so when it is busy it is not only very noisy but your chair often gets hit by people walking past and/or getting up from their table.

In my opinion go when it is not busy and do not get any takeaways.

Always great food, service and atmosphere. True value for money and the sign that they are good is the fact that they are always busy, anytime of the week.

Great food. Amazing service. The manager really keeps staff in check. A must for those frosty nights or chilled arvi's. Their pizza is done well. The pulled pork is great too!

This restaurant is one of the best by far. Excellent service from staff. Even better food. Setting is welcoming and warm and homely. Food excels in every aspect. Their wood fired pizza is melt-in-your-mouth-good. Their pasta would take you to the streets of Sicily. Whether you're going there for a pick me up to brighten your mood, your to celebrate a special moment, you would capture a whole mood of joy, happiness and the best food you could ever eat. This restaurant is top notch and goes down as my favourite. The best!

Worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. After being seated no one came to take drinks orders, while other tables were seated and served. Let's see if the food lives up to expectations. Food also didn't live up to expectations and the scrambled eggs were too runny to eat. If the food was of a super high standard I could have looked past the rubbish service and gone back, but the food is not worth putting up with the rubbish service. Will not be going back here again that's for sure.
