It's always excellent, prices are fare and the staffs are well trained and very friendly

Pricing here is really great. Definitely locking in the customer loyalty with the regular good pricing - bacon and blueberries are way cheaper here than elsewhere.

Great pricing when the labels are available. A few items were unpriced, which was frustrating, but mostly a satisfying shopping experience. Definitely the best shop to save money in Hillcrest.

As a long time loyal customer, it not only infuriates but deeply disappoints me to write this review.

Oxford stores in general should never be denied recognition for the reasonable pricing and quality produce they provide. (especially the newly opened Waterfall store, lovely lovely place!)

However, (as unfortunate as it is) the customer service alone makes one never want to return to the Hillcrest store. As of late, the blatant rudeness and overall disrespect shown to customers, from cashiers in particular, just cannot be tolerated. Along with the drastic decline in customer service is the lack of upkeep and maintenance in the store.

Oxford Hillcrest, please do better. I have been a part of your journey, a customer since the early beginnings when the store first opened. Do right by the Hillcrest branch and return it to the trusty grocery store I used to know and enjoy shopping at.

Always have specials and prices are very reasonable. Make an effort to go there at least once a week.

Everything under one roof and at very competitive prices, they have daily specials on lot's of item's and a wide selection aswell, this is a very popular place to shop so get there early and you won't be disappointed. Tuesday is the day not to be missed as there are so many in store specials that you become like the road runner in the store. There is plenty of outside parking which makes taking your trolley to your car an easy exercise. During the course of the month there is always something happening with promotions which makes it exciting when shopping there and just adds a bit more bang for your buck. The newly opened store at Waterfall is a absolutely stunning store and certainly is not to be Oxford is fast becoming a household name in the Hillcrest and Waterfall areas and is certainly worth a weekly visit.

OXFORD Fresh Market offers the best prices. I shop weekly at your Bluff store. I must say on some occasions you have been out if Stock on some items I have needed. BUT not everyone can be perfect all the time. I find your pet food no really being competitively priced.
The staff could be more courteous and "customer friendly". On most occasions if find the staff grumpy and unfriendly. My biggest bug bare is the lack of control in the forefront parking. Customers such stop anyway and are unconsiderate. I prefer to park across the road in the designated parking area.
Some items have no pricing displayed. Generally not a bad experience. Well done on pricing!

Have always sent my hubby to shop at Hillcrest store now I’m happy to go to Watercrest anytime. Best shop, best staff and so clean! Everything fresh and so tempting!

There were long queues we were there at 7: 00am till 5: 00pm but we didn't make it inside the store because they were closing

Oxford is a very good supermarket with very competitive prices. I shop there for my family every week. Although prices have increased like everywhere else, they have maintained and even improved the range and quality of their range of foods etc. Their staff are very pleasant and helpful too.

Well done to everyone at Oxfords after this all the riots we have had and they were stocked up and ready to help the public we were in and out so quick and they did not even up there prices like alot of other places we went to thank you and may you guys go from strength to strength

So disappointed in the attitude and service of this store. They have made no exceptions for elderly and disabled people during times of crisis.

Its always a great place to do my shopping. The staff inside the store are very helpful. Today the young lady who was passing out boerewors samples went way beyond her duty when she offered to help my husband who was struggling to arrange his good in his basket as he has had a stroke & battles with his left hand. The only thing that I have an issue with is the carguards- they are not in the least bit helpful or friendly.

Really appreciate the new store layout between the fresh produce and the meat, far less cluttered, making it easier to access the lanes. I always appreciate the excellent prices of cheese at Oxford, as well as 5lt White Vinegar.

The management was so kind to help the people that were in the line for 12 hours and they close after their deadline time, just so some people could get food. Thank you

Pathetic service. Staff and management are not willing to assist customers. Questions are met with negative attitudes and an unwillingness to aid.
