Pedros Durban Station

You order online but when you come to the store your order is not prepared they tell you to order again.

I bought a 3x 1/4 chicken with pap and chakalaka meals, what a nightmare, pap was like baby soft porridge, chicken was ok

The store is very clean with friendly staff especially Bongeka who is a trainee, she is really good at what she do. Overall the chicken is very nice and well prepared.

The food was good and hot as expected.

Ordered via app and still ended up waiting for the order after the appointed time defeating the purpose of the App

Poor customer service, it took an hour to get my order ready and the meat was so horribly prepared it was as if it were boiled and not flame grilled as promised. The fried chips were not peeled, they just cooked the potato as is and then served it. Their garlic rolls were a joke. That is one of the worse Pedros i have been to

Its my first tasting pedros this way i have never tasted the sprinkle spice but i dd in this shop n i loved they chips very much.

Beside the dirty table I'm sitting on, COLD Food, then have to walk and ask to warm. No smile, no apology.
