Yoooh I ordered via call and still I had to wait for my order after an hour, and I had to wait for them to clean my table. I waited there for about 20 minutes still they didn't clear the table. And I just left I will never buy from them ever again.

The chicken was completely raw, and from the recent reviews, it seems to be a common problem. Really wouldn’t recommend this branch.

Disgusting food and it's not the first time.
Chicken was raw and tasted awful. This is the most pathetic branch and should be shut down, they see faces and prepare meals.

Staff and management very friendly. Customer service on point. Atmosphere very great and tell food is out of this world.

The restaurant was clean the waitress was helpful and the manager had an excellent energetic

My order was not prepared correctly and missing an item.
(And it looks like incorrect orders and missing items seem to be a trend at the Liberty Pedro's judging by the other reviews- disappointing)

Absolutely appalling service. And it's not the first time. It seems head office doesn't know or doesn't want to fix the situation. Can't wait for brookside to reopen

Service was great staff very polite and friendly. Dumsani and Boneh were super they assisted me and were even chatting making conversation and food was amazing fresh tasty and very juicy sauce was perfect. Grilled to perfection

The experience was exceptional Bongiwe was very friendly and attended to us she was very helpful and helped with service to all the requirements we needed she even was coming and doing regular checks in we were ok and needed anything service was top notch

They might be short-staffed because, our table was dirty, we didn't get enough cutlery after asking for it, our order was not complete, and our fries were so cold we had to go ask them to warm them up again. There is a bit of missing a mark when it comes to getting the little things right.

Im am so disgusted by the service at liberty mall to top it up the meat was not even well done, it was just dunked in bbq sauce, i have not even eaten it took 1 wing and failed to finish it guys.

I visited Pedro's and I was served by Nokulunga it was the best service its was a great day indeed

My whole family picked up food poisoning from Pedros chicken. They asked for a stool sample! Ruined our weekend and caused us huge financial loss.

Walked in sat on adirty table till l had to clean it because no one was even concerned about it.on this day l had ordered to come in and eat in in a rush because l didn't want to wait for them preparing. Had to do everything myself. Please let us know if this place is a serve your self restaurant.

Pedros midlands mall always busy but the staff are always friendly. Recently i got home and discovered that my order was incomplete and i was devastated as we had no lights and everyone was hungry. I Called the store to complain and the gentleman (Michael) that attended to me was very polite and asked if i would like to collect the burger I explained that i just got home to no electricity everyone just wanted to eat he went out of his way to deliver the burger to me. I was so touched by the gesture and would love to commend them on excellent customer care. Their kindness was really appreciated

Service is terrible, they dont announce ready orders, sat there for 45 minutes waiting for an order that was ready long before I stood up to go check. Ordered a Strawberry mocktail and it came in a small small coffee tumbler for R20 when I complained they just looked at me and said nothing

Really slow service.staff really need to catch a wake up.from the bad service.my order was wrong.ordered mild basting and got hot
