This morning got served by the lady called Noma oh what a great service she offered i sure promise to rate her since i left my phone at work but i cant complain .keep up the good work girl

Order meant to take 10 mins ended up taking 40 mins. Staff rude and not updating us on anything. Incompetent staff who do not know how to communicate with customers. Pulling their faces at customers when they complain. Not impressed at all. Customer service is very poor. Appalling to say the least and i purchased a meal for 4 people. I am disgusted

I placed an order at 16h03 on 2022-07-23, The cashier made an error with my order (order 644) then it vanished off their list, until 16h25 I asked where is my order? They fought against one another, I didn't even know why my order was returned. Even the ones requested to prepare a new one, were fighting with the cashier, I stood there lost and irritated until a new one was prepared with the wrong spice. I asked for hot they gave me extra hot. Worst service ever. I've never seen staff fighting in front of a customer like that

Bought chicken wings at this place today, the worst ever! They were even burnt. The one star is for the chips

Best Restaurant ever, I always go there when I'm in durban. Best fried chips and meat everything is fresh.

Just bought wings with mild sauce, The wings are raw and taste bad, the sauce is weak and has too much oil in it and it doesn't taste like it used to taste. Couldn't eat my wings

The chicken in my burger was still raw and wet. I asked that the tomato be excluded yet they did not follow instructions as my burger had the tomatoe.

Customer service was horrible as I had to keep repeating myself.

Today 02-07-2021 I just bought full chicken special order no 505 and I drove all the way home and the chicken is half cooked can’t even eat I wasted R169 am not impressed i tried to call the shop 20: 31 if it was not at night and lockdown I would have driven back. Money wasted.

The best chicken Ive ever had! The mild flavour is zingy yet delicious, I almost ate the whole chicken, too nice!

Ordered through mrd food arrived promptly missing item though.
Chicken was bland and spent very little time on the grill peri peri hot was unimaginative.

I ordered over Uber Eats, rolls are stale and not fresh, I ordered today and expiry date is tomorrow how unfair is that. Why should I eat expired rolls tomorrow yet I paid full price? Pedros South Beach is pathetic

If you hungry and looking for a nice affordable meal then pedros should be your next stop. I really enjoyed this meal

I had a little snag once since I have been buying here very often. Nevertheless Andile gave it his personal attention and it was sorted out. We have food from here about 3 to 4 times a week and enjoy it.
