Pick n Pay The Bluff

My local pick n pay branch I've been coming here for a number year's now. Your store has good staff and is very clean, a pleasure to shop at. Unfortunately I'm sad to say about disappointed with what I saw. I see that your branch offers pension payouts. That's a great service to the community but there is small issue when doing that. It's old and sick people waiting in line. If it was me some younger person we can stand for hours but the olderly and sick can not. They do problems to stand even for 5mins but they have to in order to receive their Grant's. I saw someone leave today because he couldn't not stand for 20mins in the line. Please to managers of the branch do you mind providing chairs for the elders even if it's for a a little while. They are our community and your supporter's too. Thank you

I have enquired about my online order through Mr D which is over an hour late. Received no correspondence or communication. My order was picked at 10: 45 and should have been delivered by 11: 11. I am still waiting for the store to call me back as to when my order will be delivered.it is now 12: 27pm
This is such terrible service from both Mr D and PNP.

I am not sure if the store is still under construction and when it will end cuz it's been a looooooong time but very disorganised and some items are without prices. I will review my review when they're done but for now, I am so frustrated

Flies in the bakery are too much and what makes it worse is that whatever is served in the bakery is not even covered

The level of flies in the bakery is disgusting, the rolls and other stuff not covered, flies all over the food.

I went in to buy a blouse. The staff were gathered around the table where the blouses were, chatting. When I tried to look at the tops, they didn't move. I asked if they had any bigger sizes and one said no, and then continued her conversation. She ignored me until I gave up and walked out of the store.

I bought clothes for a 11 month old baby.l bought sizes 18 to 24.the clothes are stiff and are already small size.within a month mind you my baby has a small frame. It was my first time and l hope it won't be my last.

There’s a teller named Nonku she was so rude, I greeted her and she didn’t greet back but when I was done she greeted the white customer after me

Best Customer experience ever. I went in to buy a pair of jeans and received the best service ever, this branch had the most friendly stuff and was always going out of they way to help me.
I have been here before and it's always been this good. For a trying clothing store I have to say they had the best service than any other clothing store!

Clean and not crowded. Prices marked on all items. Limited variety esp children's wear and kids shoes.

Yesterday I visited the store for the black Friday promos, I saw on offer was buy two ladies dresses and get 20% off, I proceeded to the cashier and asked her what the final amount would be minus the discount, in this country consumers arent allowed to question anything. The rude cashier said she didnt know how the discount worked, mind you the manager was right next to her and didnt offer to help. I felt victimized just because I asked a question. As I was leaving I heard the cashier say to the manager 'uyahlanya'. I think shes the mad one in this situation, know your products and promos!

Big shopping centre on the bluff with a verity if shops, banks and eateries.
Clicks, virgin active, Nandos, absa, steers to name a few.

So often they don't have the products they are premoting, and often don't display prices. When you do speak to the management they are not concerned. For disabled people this is frustrating, and I am one of them, also elderly people also have the same problem.

This must be the cleanest Pick N Pay that I have visited ever. The staff say hello and remember you and ask about your family. The staff take you to items that you cannot find. Absolutely the best service. The only Pick N pay that does not run away when an incorrect price is charged. Thank you

I really do enjoy coming to this pick n pay because there is such a massive variety of products to choose from. Bakery, Fast food, clothing, etc.the staff has always been very friendly to me when serving and that’s one thing I love about shopping here. I always get treated like a tourist happy employees make happy customers.

Security lady with glasses has an attitude problem I don't understand why people do a job they don't like I'm so disappointed

Limited ranges.family flavor of Ouma rusks not in stock.nothing unusual.only shop there when I have to, otherwise elsewhere!

We were efficiently served and claimed our points I ve earned with no hassles, smiling ladies all the time. Quite a good shopping experience I always wish for.

Hillside Mall offers our local Pick 'n Pay Supermarket, the Liquor Market as well as the Clothing store with a very nice variety of clothing. There is an excellent Coffee Shop, Fast Food Outlets and is always clean and inviting.

Virgin Active also has a branch where people can have a good workout and keep themselves in shape. There are three banks based at the mall as well as ATM's.
