Shop needs an upgrade though
So since when is it a rule in a butcher shop that if 1 person behind the counter serves you and u with some one the other person I'm with can not be served by any one else but the first one that is serving.then when I brought this to the managers attention Junaid clearly tells me that his staff come in bad moods and that he has no control over that. The lady behind the counter was packing my nieces order which I guided her to buy actually put it back and said oh you are already getting served by some one. Disappointing as I WAS frequent shopper.

Excellent range of biltong.
They’re kind enough to vacuum seal biltong for me always to take abroad.
Their polonies and things like nuggets etc are excellent.
Prices are also reasonable.

An average butcher from the look of things but what a WOW when their service excellence kicks into full throttle. There is nothing to back up their turbo charged quality of their product and nothing to match their pricing and cleanliness. By far, the best full package, all round Butchery in Durban. Fresh meat, no smelly odours, personalized service, friendly staff that know their meat and bend over backwards for their customers. Front staff at the pay points are also very helpful and friendly. Security outside is really great and their COVID-19 protocols are followed to the letter. Owner is very accommodating and understanding and relates to the customers needs. Always a pleasure to shop ALL my meat requirements here at Siraj Butcher

A variable selection of cold meats and frozen meats.
Their recipe for sausages is definitely unmatched, the dynamite packs a punch it's not for the faint-hearted.
And the mild sausages are the best no additives.
The service is brilliant.

Their products are not over priced. Fresh produce and quality meat. I have never been disappointed or had any issues for the past 15years. Thank you guys for the awesome service.

First visit here, Shop is busy, and clean. Lamb display area needs more attention. Hardly any lamb stocked. Not sure if it's a good thing or not yet, but one can't make a good decision on purchasing based on what's shown. That's my impression based on my first experience and visit. Am Happy to visit again though for another try.
