Your belongings are carefully taken care of and with the insurance taken for th goods one just get reat assured that his belongings are taken care of.
Was a convenient solution but sadly ended on a very negative note. Rands over relationship is the order of the day here. A simply courtesy call or email to remind us to collect our locks would have been far better, than charging us for a further months rent for an empty unit- for this simple oversight. This especially in light of us emailing Christobel to confirm that our notice had been received. This unit that was emptied at least a week before the final due date and a trip to collect the locks post notice date cost us our deposit and Stor-Age any future business from us. I will definitely not be using this service again or recommending them for that matter.

Such a lovely experience dealing with the staff at Stor-Age Durban city branch. I would definitely use them again and would refer them to anyone with storage needs.
They are my go to team when I need short term or long term storage. The team is very friendly, never have trouble with them!
We did get any assistance from the staff except from our client, we struggled to find the unit with our clients furniture and there was no one to help us until we found it by ourselves. I started to see their staff at around 11am but we arrived there by 9am and there was no one at reception to allow us to get in as our client was already inside so we had to wait for him to come and open for us instead of the premises staff members. I'm so disappointed by their behavior.
What began as me planning to put a few things away until I was better due to ill health, turned into six years of a great relationship with Charles and the others at Durban City's Stor-Age. Although back when I started it was still called StoreTown, but it is a fantastic place and well priced and very efficient. I will gladly recommend it to anyone needing storage on a long or short term basis.
