Umlazi Bus Depot

Hope you doing good, I would like to file a complaint on bus 957 which is Umlazi 2 from Umhlanga rocks.we don't know if the bus does exist or not, sometimes it does come but most of the time it always late, sometimes it doesn't pitch at all in a week we only get to find the bus once or twice and I was phoning the depot earlier no one picked up the phone guys what you are doing to us is really unfair not like we are not paying for the service we do you on the other hand you don't deliver the services to us with all that being said please let us know if we do have a bus (957) OR Not. I will not give you any star yet till all our demands are met.

Horrible, buses are always hired for specials (private use including ANC hiring them), especially during the week. Plus, Mangosuthu signed a partnership to transport their students. All this ended up the public not getting the bus which they paid for, yet the busses are supposed to be for the public.

I would give you 4 stars but I'm holding back the 2 stars until you sort the issue you have with Umlazi 7. I don't know why you hate dispatching for this route and it is so frustrating to watch from eNdongeni multiple buses going to Umlazi 2 while we have nothing!
Like this morning 06/01/2023, we watched 12 buses helplessly going to Umlazi 2 while we waited.

Buss drivers treats passengers as garbage if you trying to stop a Buss from the Buss stop mostly at the Buss stop opposite the Buss Depot at UMlazi R the driver just ignore you and live you behind as if we don't pay. I'm not happy at all due to Buss drivers.

Was here because our bus ran out of paper for printing tickets. He asked nicely if we could come in we ended up getting into another bus. For the fact that he communicated, that was excellent

Awefull! I grew up using Durban transport buses my entire life, what the service has become is a joke a really bad joke. Children's rights are being trampled over by adults, we need the Marine Garage issue resolved, our kids are horrified of going to school because there are adults that are threatening them off the bus. How do you scare a 9 yr old girl for taking a bus to school as an adult? If we do not get this resolved by Tansnat we will have to reach out to the minister of transport and social workers. As a single mom that bus is the only bus I can afford for my child, I cannot afford o give her extra so therefor the solution of bringing in Jacobs has not been helpful at all instead it has made our lives more complicated. We have an international problem that everybody is aware of, the fuel prices increase but not only am I going to buy my child trips I'm expected to give her taxi fare because the Jacobs bus doesn't drop her off at school yet Marine Garage does. I feel like I am being forced to change her school and take her to one of these schools we have in this township with not enough resources to educate our children. If durban transport does not step in and help our kids with these bullies we will be forced to take the matter to the minister of transport and social workers, we are not afraid to fight for our children's rights.

The way ama bus drivers ase operator ngayo, they says awazithathi ingange eziya eskoleni.we're get calls from school about our kids always Late, they wait in the Bus stop from 5: 30 to 7: 00 emagine. Brighton Beach, Marrine garage, Finland, It been 2 months Now. From MNR obhuqwini to kwa R eytolo. Please Management do something about this.only Jacobs that is our kids Hope

I visited the place due to poor behavior of one of the drivers, who was driving terrible. The number plate of the bus was 10829. I reported him to the management and I was happy the way management handled this. And they promised to call the drive to a DC.

Their transport are right on time but there drivers, don't respect the passages, but not all of them

I wish somebody would communicate how to get hold of the Depot Contacts and who to ask when we dont get buses back home from work At Rossburgh bus stop

It the badest transport even the trans are early then this bus's they don't keep to the time there set on timetables. Some drivers tell us to get off the but course we carrying R50 and tyey say they don't have change. All I can you'll bus's are unreliable and it not my favorite transport no more

Bus transport is good they ALSO have special it help to hard LIFE of unemployment. PLEASE just maintain BUSES so we won't stuck on our journey.
