Brian makes the experience an absolute pleasure. His demeanor and kindness makes you feel like family when you step into the door. The waitress's are polite, friendly and recognizes your face if they have seen you more than twice. Service is quick, friendly and efficient. Food is good, and the people at this establishment makes us feel like family.
Thank you to every single soul there.
Let us not forget the cooks for they make the food with love!

Wimpy has been my least favourite restaurant because of inferior customer service. However, Howick Wimpy has the best service of all Wimpy outlets/franchisees. The staff at Wimpy in Howick is respectful and friendly. I received the best service in this restaurant. Big ups!

Small towns & villages knows how to treat their customers.would be nice to get the same service level in the big cities.the wimpy I visited in Howick the staff were absolutely amazing

Brian is an exemplary waiter offering 5-star customer service. He correctly memorised our order (no tablet, nor pen & paper) and made every effort to ensure the food and beverages were of top quality, which they were. He continued to check on the table to ensure all our needs were met. If I had a hospitality business, I know who I would be head hunting. Well done, Brian. You’re going to go far:)

Brian’s Service is the best, Second time I took my daughter for ice cream. He is on top of his game keep it up Brian you will go far.
