Only my second visit here and what a regret for not visiting more often when other restaurants at Cornubia don't even match up.
The menu is just perfect and food is divine.
Tables are too close and you cannot comfortably engage in private conversation.
Our waitress got one of our orders wrong. We didn't complain though and the meal turned out to be pretty satisfying.
She was really slow and never checked up on us. Besides the poor service (from her only as other staff were great) and the awkward seating, the food is a cut above the best.

Today was the second time I bought dry chicken at this Woolies. I am so disappointed because the lady was very reassuring.

Someone needs to teach them how to make hollandaise sauce. Ordered the eggs florentine. Sauce was like water and spinach was raw.

Simply enjoy going to this store. Clean, spacious, and pleasant staff. Store layout is efficient and will stocked.

Next time I wanna try out their restaurant. One thing I know you'll never go wrong with woolies

Store is very neat and products are usually available, however queuing to pay is a bit too long

Did mot have any salad dressing in stock was disappointed in stopping here instead of Mt Edgecombe

It was okay but on the Red meat section, we didn't get what we wanted but we bought what we found because of limited selection

Wonderful food and friendly staff. Everything on the menu is a winner. Nolwazi, Gugu, & Msizi are so professional and efficient. Kwanda makes the best Mocha's! My favourite cafe by far.

Very slow service and I feel the quality isa due to the location. Definitely not the coffee shop experience at other Woolies. Very limited menu, had the garden salad with add on chicken. Salad was good but chicken was awful- it was old and hard. Only one waitress foe the entire place. She is pleasant but service is very slow!

Looking for chicken sausages and other perishables in the fridge. Nothing available. Not very good for customers who prefer Woolworths food line. Fridges were almost empty especially when customers drive all the way to the mall from places like Verulam not to find anything they require urgently for a quick meal.

The staff at the tills are as slow as the service in the restraunt. Waited almost 40mins for a toasted cheese sandwich. Place wasn't even busy.

If you're looking for a decent dining experience this branch of the cafe barely makes the cut. Food was below mediocre. And the service was not good at all. I've visited this Cafe for years after gym and always recommended this place to friends and family for lunch. However maybe the management has changed. I had to plead with my waiter for a glass of water - (my sandwich had too much Chilli in it) Which she didn't bring. I had to go to the counter to get it myself.

She behaves nonchalantly and doesn't even apologize for not serving me the water or being busy.

I get served the wrong sandwich (someone else's food). I find out rudely by the waiter grabbing my food from me without any explanation whatsoever.

I rarely ever feel like I've wasted my money at a woolies Cafe as the quality and service is always phenomenal especially in the Sandton city branch.

Will not return

Visit the Cafe regularly and always enjoy the food. Honey Nut Latte is to die for. Pleasant and Friendly Service Always.

We are regulars at Woolworths Cornubia and never had a bad experience up until today.
Our shopping came to the value of R4000 and upon ending the sale, we were absolutely embarrassed by the way we were treated by cashier Sherwyn Chundra. I was asked to sign three times. He even called his manager to verify the signature. I even asked him if he wanted my ID but he kept ignoring me and speaking to the lady he called. I am also a manager myself and this isn't the way a customer should be treated.

Was a pretty decent branch accept when getting at the teller when a Woolworths credit card with enough funds did not go through, then I tapped my card to pay it went off on my account not on the tellers side. And then I was forced to enter the card into the machine and pay a second time. Bad management

I was in there only for 10 minutes but I liked how clean and tidy the store was, also the queue was long but it was fast moving

Placed my order and paid for my items. I went to collect my goods today but I was told that the my groceries are not ready for collection and there is not confirmation on when it will be ready! Very very poor customer service guys. You have failed us in a time like this. Why did you accept our orders online if you knew you can't fulfill?

I love Woolies Café, they never disappoint, in terms of customer service. This one was no different.

Cornubia always a pleasure to shop in this Mall. The design layout is semi circular so park close to the shops u want walk in walk out. I wish more malls in SA were built this way. AMAZING CONCEPT!
