Family Sunday lunch, was a fair experience, we were the only customers at the time, load shedding disrupted the meal prep and atmosphere, food was warmish but not fully warmed. New management/ owner, much better than before.

Love the food here, the atmosphere is chilled, nice drinks, downstairs is also child friendly

Worst service ever.my husband and I (two people) were the only people in the restaurant eating and we waited over an hour for our food.we ordered 1 pizza and 1 steak egg and chips only to be told 30 minutes later they have no eggs! Support local and this is what you get.shocking to say the least!

Was there today was shocked by the service and the food wont go there again was there before and it was awesome but guess places change. Wont recommend to go there

Excellent food, the pizzas are a must, value for money. Over looking the ocean it has a laid back atmosphere

Yesterday the 28/05/2021 I have been here and it very relaxed and the food was perfect.

The place is awsome, the food is great and the staff is very friendly.price for food reasonable, what more can one want.

The food is prepared according to your request and perfectly. This has became one of our regular places to eat good food and drinks while enjoying the ocean view.

They have different food specials everyday, prawns are my favorite.

I was hesitant to give this place 4 stars because of a few poor reviews, but I have to go with my own experiences (been there twice now), and on both occasions I walked out very happy, and vowing to return.

I get the impression that most of the bad reviews are from people who were there when the place was quite busy. Perhaps that is when a few proverbial balls are dropped. My suggestion is that you go on a Sunday when there are usually very quiet, whis is a bit of a mystery when one considers the excellent food, not to mention value.

Their Sunday specials have been amazing. A 500g rump, excellently prepared, with really nice crispy, chunky chips for R120.00 was a bargain. Another member of our party had the (huge) Sunday roast with veggies and baked potatoes, and a hot pudding afterwards, and it was excellent (only R80.00) - unreal value.

My wife had the chicken schnitzel with veggies and she was super happy. We will certainly be back.

Not an enjoyable experience.the place needs a good clean and fresh air.food too way to long.but the wait staff are great.

Very bad service waited over 2 hours for the food and the prices for the service is also to high wont see me again. So today on the 28 of Desember we went back to the restaurant after we were promised by Clio the manager that wa on duty that he would make things right tonight. The owner Mr preggy pillay was contacted and was also full of his own stories of how not to help us because he first wants to do his investigation. So we went home again after a very unpleasant experience again. This is definitely the place with the worst food and bad service for a hell of a price no customer service here

Pathetic service. Waited well over an hour and a half for food after spending well over 1.2k at the joint. You won't see me again.

Excellent food, friendly staff and daily specials makes it the ideal place for a family meal. They also do Xmas office parties.

Excellent food at reasonable prices. Some say the service is a little slow but it's all good in the right company.

The manager Cleo is very friendly and goes all out to make sure you enjoy yourself, live band, cocktails.it is the place to be

First visit and probably never again! Can't even get a simple order right so my wife and I had to eat seperate meals. Not a good eating experience.

We came here a year ago at the recommendation of our landlord. Absolutely loved it. We went there again on 27 April 2018 and was shocked and utterly disappointed by the way the food and service had deteriorated. We were 4 people and were there from 17h to 19h30 and only ate snail starters and fish mains! And we were the only patrons except for an elderly lady who ate by herself and constantly complained about the bad service. The snails were delicious but the fish dishes were overcooked and tasteless. We had to ask where the calamari on our plates were as it was left off. It arrived on seperate plates a while later and also were not tasty.
When we had finished, the waitress cleared the table and proceeded in wiping down the table with a very wet cloth - moving our keys and cellular phones to do so. The table was left wet and we had to just sit like that.
Needless to say, we will NEVER return and not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
So disappointed as we were raving about the restaurant to our daughter and son-in-law before the time - they accompanied us - and they will also never return.
