Clicks Pharmacy - Thavhani Mall

I'm very much disappointed with the Manager and the cashier, they turned me into a fool because of my Medi-wallet card incentive from Spec savers, I went there to buy and I was told it doesn't work, I insisted to be assisted but instead they were arguing with me.and I've been buying with it I don't understand the bad treatment today.

I went there with prescription after my daughter was discharged from the hospital. I explained to them that when I left home I was in a hurry because of the state my daughter was in the only thing I could think of was medical aid card I forgot my id. They turned me away rudely with a visibly ill child on my lap and couldn't give me medication even after I begged them for minutes. Luckily there is dischem at the mall whose staff helped me fast and fast since they could see my child is sick. I will never go to that clicks ever

Your service is excellent. In my last three months, you have demonstrated what customer service is. Keep it up

It took me 2 hours to get medications. The cpouter has 6 tellers but only two were working. The management of the store must do something in the pharmacy because people will die in the queue.
