12Bad customer service manager from ilanga called wanted to buy stuff and someone to collect, the lady was talking to someone else while on the phone and she also hang up on us. Some people don't deserve to work
The service here is amazing the few times I have purchased there and the one time I returned an item the staff went over and above to assist me and make my shopping experience so lovely. I also appreciate that I never found long queues, I might have went at quite times but I wouldn't like to think the efficiency of the staff contributed.
Perfect merchandising and I just love shopping in as tore where staff is available and visible to assist when required. Big up to the departmental managers and the staff in general. Keep up the good work management.
Scelleton staff at peak time! Not a brilliant idee! Bought Christmas presents at game still have to pay for wrapping? Visas Toys r us wraps for free! Just an idee. Availability on items low, only one's on display. Manager very friendly, helpfull and clearly under pressure due to little staff Availability.
I didn't get Benet read kitchen boss blender. Try to order it because your sales reps said game do not keep such staff.

It is nice and clean. The people are friendly. It is also safe in the campsite. They have security 24/7. The ablution blocks are clean.
It was not good at all, i went there yesterday (2019_07_03) to buy some pantyliners that were on special but they sold them to me with the normal price. I saw them on the catalogue of specials which was R35.00 and the special was ending on the same day that i bought them but i was told that the special ended on the previous day (2019-07-02). Unfotunately i didnt have the catalogue with me as i left it at home.
Low level customer service. Sale people here is like there is something that is forcing them to be at work not customer service.
I knew what I was looking for following my research of the product I'll be buying. They sales person didn't bother explaining the warranty I had to ask and confirm the warranty.its not my first time buying from game the service was impeccable but this one in limpopo they didn't bother to accompany me to the till to pay and further pointed me to the back to collect my appliances which I had to ask where exactly with no assist or no one authorized to help me go collect.
