Embarrassing service I can tell at MedLeb hospital, lebowakgomo. Failure to attend patients who even came on appointment is not a problem in this hospital. I am saddened to wait for doctors from 9h00 up until 13h00.on arrival they postponed the appointment for the following day 10h00. On that day of new appointment I waited again from 10h00 passed 14h30. At the time of press I was still waiting. I felt like to demand transfer to puplic hospital.i hated the 1st day I enrolled my self in this hospital. I don't believe that one day I can recommend this hospital to anyone.so disappointed.experienced poor service from 2023 Oct, ongoing as of 2024 May. I wonder if there's manegerial monitoring or evaluation. Laizersfair administration observed.

I'm Collen khumalo working at tworivers platinum mine on the 27 march 2023 in the middle of night 00: 40 while I was At work underground I attacked by thoat pains, headache n body pains. I reported to my supervisor then they organised ambulance to take me to hospital.ambulance crew advised me to go to medleb, I arrived at 4: 00 in the morning, ambulance crew did handover and explained everything, the old magogo sister repeated the same checks ambulance crew did n put me on waiting area with all that pains until 6 O'Clock when doctor came he took me to xray n tell me I'm giving u 3days of sicknote and priscription letter, so we are done go to pharmacy and get medicines. I never thought I'll be threated like this in private hospital, even government hospital they will attend your pains firsts.old woman sister also told me to go cz they don't offer medicine they just do checks. I think I'm scammed cz with such treatment they gona need to claim my medical

The nurses were very good but there's a Dr Mamabolo who seems to not understand that being a physician requires a certain level of kindness, patience and empathy. What he displayed was absolutely not the sort of attitude I needed while in a lot of pain and distress.

I stay in Burgersfrot most of my time where there is no private hospital at all you should drive for more than 150 km to get one. I really appreciate the effort of bringing the private hospital to the rural. It is definitely a work in progress everything else will improve in time. However, overall the place is just soo welcoming and good bunch of professionals

I have never seen a private hospital with a poor service and unprofessional staff like MedLeb. (I don't want to go deeper on the service during the hospital stay) To mention a few, discharge letter was missing.we came for follow up appointment at 09: 00 the Dr arrived at 09: 24 no apology whatsoever.
" Aowa Ke gae akere! "we came for another follow up appointment, no injection in the hospital.i will leave it here!

The hospital does not even deserve a star, I went there on New year's day with my baby who needed an emergency medical care, but the receptionist told us they only deal with car accident emergencies. Its a shame that their website mentions that the hospital "has a 24-Hour Accident And Emergency unit, which allows patients to receive quality medical care – around the clock", but ITS NOT TRUE. WHAT A SHAME

The nurses that assisted me were great, everything else about the hospital is just horrible. They don't even answer the phone. I've been trying for hours, it's a private hospital with poor services!

My stay at MedLeb was amazing. Thanks to Sr Mogashoa for welcoming me so warmly at the maternity section and for making my stay with my daughter safe and pleasant. Thank you to the kitchen staff and cleaners for ensuring I was well fed and in a clean environment all the time. A big thanks to Dr Mulaudzi for taking me in at the very last weeks of my pregnancy and the awesome theatre team that made the birth a success. Strength to all healthcare workers at the hospital during these uncertain Covid19 times, ke leboga maitapisho a lena. I almost left a good private hospital within my vicinity in Lebowakgomo for Mediclinic Polokwane but I'm glad I didn't. Would recommended anyone to visit the hospital for their health care needs. The standards are nothing short of what one can expect from private health care

The place is clean and patrons are freendly especially the lady serving food the foods are on point big up to chef's.

The emergency service was great but once admitted the pedestrian Dr Manchidi only check the child once on Saturday morning and never came back to check on him in the evening after we did the X-ray in Polokwane. Sunday we stayed until 12: 30 without any sign of him or word until I started asking the nurses they just kept on saying he’s on his way. I don’t understand how the Dr operate cuz patients must be checked at least twice a day but with this one he cared less about the child’s wellbeing. When I asked if we can go he just said we can go over the phone without any assurity that he’s on his way we should wait for him. This Dr’s service is poor and it’s risky to our kids.
