Mochachos Chicken Villages

Ordered chicken strips and chips today, it's was tasteless, covered in red curry powder, no salt, worst strips I've eaten

Quite impressed with the service and the burger I ordered. Should have tried the chips as well to make a proper impression. But I just wanted the burger. First time trying the Nacho Crusted burger and it wasn't bad. Service wasn’t quick and food was fresh.

The slowest service i ever got and the food dose not taste like mochachos specially the strips

Very bad service these days. Phone rings without any answer. Then you drive to the restaurant, (they are not even busy) and the cashier tells you 20min. You end up waiting for 40min.

Please remind me to order 24 hours earlier. Could they also train their cashiers? No manners whatsoever. She was very rude. Expected waiting time was 20 minutes which turned into an hour with no apology or explanation. What a let down.

I am a fan of Machachoes bt at this Machachoes I ddnt like any food their chicken was totally dry with raw spices on it

Bland tasteless food, front of house staff biting finger nails and packing orders, random people from outside walking into the kitchen without washing of hands just chatting to staff

I am a big fan of Mochachoes. Have tried a few branches. Have to rate the food average. Burger soggy cos the lettuce was still wet. No flavour on the chicken. Room for improvement.

Chicken strips & chips was rather oily and distasteful. Missing breading.

Rump Steak Enchilada was average in taste. Filling is in the centre of the wrap, it doesn’t come with sour cream (as per menu) but rather mayonnaise.

Poor service. I ordered a hot meal and got a mild. The chips were so cold. I was given food that has been sitting for hours.

After several bad experiences with this restaurant, I decided to give them another try after many months I placed an order last night via Mr D, firstly I ordered an apple juice, they sent me an orange juice without even communicating regarding the exchange. The burger bun was probably from last week, it was rock hard and dry. The chicken fillet was over cooked and full of raw spice. The worst food I've ever had. Will never return to this restaurant nor will I recommend them. Very disappointing.

I bought food there yesterday around 5pm i wasn't happy at all nd I saw everything when I get home nd I stay over 15km from there

The first time visiting Mochachos, the food was excellent. The second time round it wasn't that good, unfortunately there was quite a delay with the ordered food as well the second time.
