Horrible service received for the first time here. We were seated and left, looking for someone to assist, one waiter looked irritated with us and the manager on duty was so rude and didnt want to assist, whats happening? I will never come back

I had chicken snitzel and had food poison of the chicken. The service were very good. I will not have a meal there again.

We only received 1 menu between 6 as they do not have enough. The items we ordered were not available, no prawn, mince or patties. The chips were old and tasted like plastic. The food had no taste and the ice cream were the worst I ever had. It tasted like old ice. Never again.

Had a good buffet on Sunday 15th Dec. Unfortunately me and my wife had runny stomach the next day. Awful because Monday 16th Dec was a holiday and we were forced to stay home. Food was either not fresh or not prepared hygienically. Very sad experience.

After hearing so much about this restaurant, I decided to give it a try. Very disappointed with the food and service. Restaurant is also very run down and dirty. Stay away!

I was on a business trip. The first night I ordered from them to deliver. It was on time and the delivery person was very friendly. I ordered a Chicken Snitchel it was not the best I have had, couldn't finish it. But the next evening I ate there and had a Blue cheese stake that was to die for. My waiter was really friendly.

Food excellent but cleanliness is a major issue. The place needs a deep clean and managers should check on the cleaning regime. At the table where we sat at the window the floor has not been cleaned for months. I asked a waitress to wipe a thick layer of dust off the seat I was looking at. Cleaning table tops not sufficient. I would like to suggest that they ask a few patrons to do an inspection. My daughter refuses to eat at the restaurant due to the filth which is everywhere.

Quite a nice experience, but the food took a bit longer than I thought to arrive. Maybe it's because we were a very large group.

Best basket I had in a while. Spacious pub/restaurant. Staff amazing individuals, cracking jokes and laughs. Just an happy vibe. Well done to management and staff

Nice place 4 eating with ur family till late.friendly staff.but they must teach their staff how 2 cook rice, their rice appears to be an instant one wich is not Nice, but all the meat cooked is very perfect and 2 improve on rice and pap 2 b well cooked. Thanks

Their food is good, different to the typical franchise restaurants. Mostly a grill, so expect lots of red meat. Big space that is divided into different sections, so could be a great place for a work/group function etc.

A family friendly restaurant where the kids can play safely in an amazing area and a wide variety food on the menu. Service quick, efficient and friendly

Food is great and the bar is even better. Not too expensive with a great brandy special. Perfect for a pre-party

Loved everything about it. Intimate setting my daughter enjoyed her birthday. My hat goes to HILDA the best waitress ever she checked on us a lot much appreciated. Food is always good as usual. Definitely coming back and will recommend.

I miss this restaurant big time. Excellent service and food. That's my favourite restaurant when I was in Polokwane before I move to Pretoria from 2016-2018. I recommend this restaurant to all who are visiting Polokwane.

Been to Nguni grill before, think it was around 2016 and I didn't enjoy my food. But I am glad to say that after today, I am a happy customer. All 6 of us enjoyed our meals, our waiter was so welcoming and he catered to our every needs. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this to anyone. It was truly amazing. Thank you guys.

Ordered the vegetarian pizza without cheese (I'm vegan) and they graciously added avocado to replace the cheese.

Amazing service.

Had dinner here with friends and out waiter overheard it was my birthday when giving us our drinks order and organised for the other waiters to sing and bring a dessert and even a lucky packet.

The restaurant is massive and we did get lost a few times but the staff are so helpful.

Was so nice to celebrate my birthday here, such a vibe.

The service was poor, the waiter will pursuit you to order stuff you don't need, I bought take aways from them for the first time and I wasn't impressed when I unpacked them when I get home.

Wonderful place to bring friends for a night out or just to eat. Would definitely recommend this place, families and friends of all.

The food was absolutely delicious. We stayed at the Protea Hotel Polokwane Ranch Resort, and were not impressed with the quality of food and the price you pay for it. So we landed up coming to Nguni Grill for two nights in a row as we were so impressed with the quality of food served as well as the prices. They are really reasonable with their prices, the portions are big, and it's very yummy! I didn't enjoy their burgers but we had alot of the menu and everything else was delicious! They make a very yummy Lime milkshake, and other milkshakes. Not many restaurants make good milkshakes anymore. So, well done to you guys!
