Awesome amazing food is awesome shop is awesome loved it definitely when I'm in that area will go past again the cake and amarula milkshakes are to die for and huge slices

A unique pittstop allowing for a nice cup of coffee or amazing vetkoek before you're on the road again. The shop has a lot of unique and interesting things to buy including some t-shirts and hats as well as more decorative pieces and games kr activities for kids! It was extremely busy when we visited, but the service at the café left something to be desired.

Awesome Awesome Awesome loved this little place. Good food lovely little shop with some lovely goodies to buy and we bought amazing fresh hot plaasbrood and food was very good. The lemon meringue pie was totally as was the vettkoek and the baked cheesecake. Totally worth stopping there

The animals are kept in tiny cages and under inhumane conditions. I even offered to buy the two geese which are in a tiny cage so I can give them a better quality of life. Oom Piet declined my offer. SHOCKING!

They have a lot of stunning items for sale, staff were friendly and even though they had lights in during power outage we couldn't see much as it was mostly "dark" in some areas

We stopped here to buy some bread before heading to Zebula.

It's a moerse fresh farm bread and was worth it.

Unfortunately didn't have the time to lunch or walk around everywhere, but will on the next opportunity.

You have to hand in your handbag to be put in locker if you want to browse the shop.

Nice variety of niknacks for all tastes. Amazing food, my Blueberry milkshake was divine. Will definitely be visiting again.

Long story short - I tried selling 2 skins on consignment at Peet se Padstal. About 5 months later I had to contact the owners to find out my skins had been sold. According to them only 1 skin was sold which I havent fully been paid out on. I received R4820 cash as opposed to R5000 eft which I specifically requested and was agreed upon.
They completely refuse to accept that I had even delivered 2 skins (even though the cashiers remember me and remember delivery of 2 skins) and, conveniently, have lost the paperwork for the 2nd skin or any record of a sale. Unless somebody has any advice for me, this seems to be the end of the road. Besides their dishonesty and blatant lack of professionalism, they were completely sarcastic and disrespectful towards me and offered no resolution as to my predicament. It seems their recent trip to Dubai came at quite a convenient time. Makes me wonder if other people have experienced the same thing.
Am I just an unfortunate victim of dishonest small business owners or is there something I can do about this.

Nice little stop with a limited menu. Food was good but not suited for a quick meal as all is made fresh with a small serving staff

The owner did manage to extend the range of products and "Stuff".

Very interesting shop with many items on sale. Also fresh home baked bread. A must stop if you are in the area.

The perfect little restaurant and shop. Friendly staff and the best pap and kiangs for breakfast. As a woodwork craftsman Peet also has a beautiful showroom filled with stunning handmade furniture.

Rustic, farm style vibe. Good food, value for money. Great goodies to buy. Yummy biltong. Let the kids meet some farm animals

Such a quirky place, had to stop and investigate. Was a little treasure if thats what you in to.

They had a power outage at the time we were there unfortunately so couldn't have a good look around.

Amazing friendly service. Great range, awesome padstal! Very unique layout. Will definitely stop there again!

You get go farm service for the store and food is good we bay vetkoeķ and mine boy it's good you are good thanks from me henk
