1 I personally feel like you guys scammed me, only because I did my application online and I got a message saying I should approve my Debi check before continuing with the application and I did but after that I didn't here from you guys for the next 5 days after that I decided to cancel my loan applications and I got this message" Please read below as this is applicable once the Debi check was accepted by you.
Please note the R250 debi check that will go off your account ON YOUR NEXT SALARY DATE, is a once off
admin fee, this is for processing the loan application.
The R250 admin fee, will only be deducted from your next salary date.
This R250 is payable whether the loan is approved or declined or not accepted by you, ONCE THE DEBI CHECK WAS ACCEPTED BY YOU, THE APPLICATION IS AUTOMATICALLY SUBMITTED TO OUR CREDIT PROVIDERS ONCE THE DEBI CHECK IS ACCEPTED.
Please also note it is not a Sanlam Insurance Policy, we are making use of the Sanlam Multi Data Debi System. " which i didn't get before accepting the Debi check.and what frustrate me the most is no one called me to even say i have declined ke at least no one texted me anything after accepting the Debi check.and that why i feel like i was scammed
