Platō Coffee - Rustenburg reviews
30 Only cookies and small snacks on offer.
Mostly coffee only.
Best coffee in Rustenburg
Last visit they were out of stock on Freezo coffee. This is the only reason for the 4 star
This is my most favourite coffee place ever! They have literally the best coffee!
I always get the dirty Carribean coffee. It's to die for! Also great staff and cute place
Super friendly staff, great service and it's always a breath of fresh air when you enter the shop!
Delicious beverages and very friendly baristas. Will surely visit again and as frequintley possible. Best hot drinks ever.
I want to give a five-star rating. The coffee is delicious, and service is efficient. It used to be a very friendly place with staff greeting cheerfully and clearly engaged with the customer. That has disappeared. Staff appears sullen and disinterested. At one point, it became very noisy with grinders and foamers going and staff shouting above the noise. That seems to have calmed down. However, Plato, you are losing customers through the inconsistent supply of croissants and, sometimes, hard croissant leftovers. Your signature freshness and range of croissants when you first opened was a big draw. But driving 40km on a Saturday morning for just coffee is not really that compelling. Make a plan, folks, we want to support your business.
Great coffee options. Friendly services, seems to be well supported by the local community. It was busy at 7am.
Delicious beverages and very friendly baristas. Will surely visit again and as frequintley possible.
By far the best coffee shop in Rustenburg.
Located in the suburbs and not center of town.
Clean and safe.
Great coffee at good price.
Worst service you'll stand and wait for service while they are busy and not be greeted. Felt out of place and unwelcome. Plato at Pick and pay is much better
Nice coffee, I was stranded and needed decent coffee in Rustenburg. Their medium roast tastes nice.
Friendly staff and they are fast and efficient with your orders. This is a good place if you want a quick bite.
Absolutely love their coffee and croissants. Sometimes the place feels a little noisy with coffee grinders working and staff speaking loudly to one another. Very pleasant and quick service.
The beverages are top quality! A must have when in town.
Bathroom facilities can be neater.
Customer service at Rustenburg (Kock street) branch has always been a pleasant experience but for the past 3 weeks the vibe is changing due to only having 2 staff members to service customers. Not nearly enough for the demand. Customers are leaving the shop without a famous Plato coffee to start their day. Please investigate….
C o f f e e, is your best friend!
That will make Platō as well!
Their coffee and service is just phenomenal!
I most likely LOVE their ice coffee!?
In my opinion value for your money!
The recently renovated their shop and made it bigger for people to sit in side! It is such a lovely and calming area! Highly recommend it for anyone!
Very clean coffees shop. Friendly staff. For the first time I had a latte that was nice and strong. Most places pretend to add coffee. I will definitely be getting my latte there again
When you enter, you enter a great vibe, with the lovely smell, nice people and good music sitting on the counter
I use Plato every Wednesday for my wife’s cup of coffee for when she finishes work - which she loves. R32.00 for a single shot and a dash of pouring cream.
HOWEVER, today I was charged R44,00 for the same thing - ridiculous - and the ‘lady’ behind the counter would not listen to my reason as to why it should NOT be that much.
I doubt I’ll come here again even though my wife may want me to.
Absolutely addicted to their coffee. Staff is also friendly. Best stop to make after a long day
