My dad went there to transfer money via usave on Wednesday, tried to withdraw the money on Friday I couldn't because they kept saying the pin is wrong. Now my dad couldn't change pin in any shoprite they said he must go back to usave shoprite he used to send money to change the pin. He went on Monday they said they couldn't change it he must come Tuesday, he called me exhausted of waiting for sms for pin change. Even now no sms has been sent. I'm very disappointed by this Shoprite moneymarket.
