Ridiculously slow service. Waited more than 30min after being one of the first customers at 9: 00 when they opened. Then had to leave since there were more people before us and even they were still waiting. We were told to come back before 17: 00. People don't have time to drive around because your system is slow and you only have one person assisting. Get more staff and fix your IT issues.

Ticket number 73 already waiting for 25 minutes to pickup a debit card DSV.and still waiting.

A woman war robbed at the ATM in the foyer yesterday. The security guard did not intervene and ignored the situation. The staff offered no assistance at all.

I was met with the rudest, most arrogant front of house "service member" which sent me back and forth for documentation which I did procure with all the relevant parties signatures just to be shown away at the end.

We were trying to buy a house cash and simply wanted the money deposited!

This is how they treat their private clients. I will be taking my money and assets elsewhere.

I had one of the most stressful experiences at this branch. The deposit machine took my money and nobody seemed to want to come to my assistance. The staff were defensive, robotic and lacked any form of empathy to my situation.
