Poor pathetic service. If there was a zero rating, they would get that. No regard for customer service. They are rude and arrogant. Went in twice to get a iPhone 14 pro with a mtn upgrade. There is apparently only one lady that is able to do an upgrade and she is extremely rude and unhelpful. She helps people that she wants to and others must just wait. I store management pay attention to thus ridiculous service from thus store.
