Tiger Wheel & Tyre Somerset

Person driving a small Tiger wheel & Tyre bakkie just drove right over the stop str without ever slowing down in front of me, over the first lane into the second lane, it’s really unacceptable.
This happened on Sat about 9: 30

I had a slow puncture in my front left tyre of my Mahindra Karoo double cab and this professional and friendly crew found it in no time and repaired it. They even offer free coffee while you wait.

Could not supply me with their TSW Rims center caps and spigots. Was told to try somewhere else.

Ridiculously over priced. 1.7k to put four of my own tyres on! And to top it all off, was told the waiting time would be 1hour and a half. What a joke

Friendly and efficient service. Need to go there for Discovery car checks. Pricing not competitive with other local dealers.

I've been up and down for wheel alignment at a different company but my car's steering wheel remained off Centre. Then decided to try TWT, not only did they sort out the problem first time but surprisingly didn't charge me either given I had already paid for alignment elsewhere. They definitely get my vote and business going forward. Thanks again and happy to report back all is sorted

Went in for a puncture repair about an hour before closing. I was met out in the parking by an employee (silly me didn't get his name), who immediately identified the issue (a nail), ushered me inside, took my details and I was out within half an hour. What a wonderful and efficient experience.

Arrived with a flat wheel. There is a small stud in the wheel. They said to buy new 4 wheels for 200,000 rand.

Very friendly staff, did my wheel alignment and steering wheel a little bit to the left, they said no problem will fix it and if I am not happy bring it back, well done TWT, as business owner myself this is how to keep customers happy.

Long story short they tried to take a change with my wife who wont know a good quote from a bad one.
R780 for wheel alignment and balance.
I called 3 other places in the area and not one of them was more than R300 for alignment and balance if you also buy the tires which we did.

Lets assume that they did not take a change with my wife.
The price of their wheel alignment alone is laughable considering that I got the same tires they quoted on R400 cheaper at another place in Strand.

Very, very slow. They put my car on their list with 6 cars ahead of mine. I was told to wait approx 1 hour. After 90 minutes I was told my car was next. Another 30 minutes later, I was again told that I was next and would have to wait another 15 minutes. It should not take more than 2 hours to process 6 cars with 4 work bays. Avoid.

Great efficient service and price.
Phoned to place order and was helped half an hour later with full set of four tyres.
Lady working as installation manager gave super attention and advice to my husband who had many questions about the tyres he had chosen. She patiently answered and explained. Five stars to her too!
