Went in for a puncture repair and was lied to about it being irreparable as they prepared to sell me a tyre. The attendant first checked to see if he has stock of my tyre before even looking at my puncture. I’ve been happily helped elsewhere with a simple puncture repair. Your staff are stereotypically sexist and greedy. Why does TWT still treat women this way? Disgusting.

Very useful staff. Was in and out quickly after I had a few questions about my tyres. And was recommended another auto repair shop nearby for the repairs that TWT couldn't help me with. Will be returning soon for new tyres.

A while back I picked up a flat tyre and just made it back to town. Stopped at TWT and received fast & friendly service. Back on the road in 30 minutes.

Not buying from this place. You should also not. Google should cater for a zero rating.

I called Tiger Wheel and Tyre to obtain a price for a battery for a small vehicle.

After a long wait and speaking to the person at the switchboard twice, I finally reached a sales person.

He did not know which battery to fit, even after I gave the vehicle model and year! Then I was quoted (a cheap price) on a battery that is not the correct one for the vehicle, and finally he quoted prices twice the amount of three other battery service stations in the same area!

When asking if he is sure about the price and the battery model, he said that they check it when I get there! I responded by saying: so if the wrong battery was fitted by the previous owner, then you guys is going to fit the same incorrect one for me? His answer was, look we ask you a few profiling questions on what you experience before deciding which battery to fit!

Excellent, professional and extremely quick!
I visited this establishment after I got a slow puncture in my car. The repair was done on the spot. My only complaint was that I didn’t finish my free coffee! Super service from a great team.

Needed to replace four tyres and when I phoned to check pricing Rassie was on it and gave me good prices compared to other pricing that I got.
Upon arrival I asked for Rassie who assisted me immediately and in less than one hour my vehicle was ready with four brand new tyres.
The team at this dealership is efficient and willing to help with whatever is needed to equip your vehicle with tyres, mags, and some new look fixtures.

What a place the people at this branch are extremely respectful and extremely knowledgeably what was amazing they even checked my spare wheel and showed me about the issues with the wheel alignment never ever seen that before at any other tyre garage.all the staff at this franchise deserve a hoohaa Sargent

Had two tyres ordered. I arrived at the shop before they were supposed to be open. The guys still offered to start working on my vehicle 30min before the opening time (which allowed me to get to work sooner).

I had an issue with a noise made by the rear tyres, and stopped at the store without an appointment on a Friday. The people there were very friendly and one of the staff even took a drive with me to listen to the sound to make sure that the diagnosis was spot on. They pointed out the issue and gave me a great price to have the issue resolved. I would recommend anyone that wants proper and friendly service to take your vehicle to this specific branch, even if you just want to make sure your vehicle is still safe before taking a long trip this holiday.covid permitting. In the past I have good service but unfortunately not today. I went to the business 20 minutes before closing to have a tyre replaced after a blowout. When I was presented with the bill there was a charge for wheel alignment that i did not request or approve. As it had not been done I had it removed. Both back tyres were replaced. I checked the pressure as per the sticker inside the door and discovered both were under inflated by 0.6 bar. I checked the spare and it was also under inflated. To make matters worse they used the wrong tyre for the spare not the one that the manager and I agreed on. It had to be changed to the correct tyre. The jack was not put away in the boot, after changing the tyre beside the road i was on too much of a hurry to stow it in its place. Lastly I had asked the manager to investigate why I had a blowout. He failed to do so and only had a look at the damaged tyre when I complained about his lack of explanation. Their card machine does not "tap" so I could not use Samsung Pay to settle my bill. With all the errors the repair took 20 minutes longer than promised.
